The issue was that cryptocurrency topics aren’t accepted by the outlets in the Authority Package you selected. This is noted in the pricing table on our homepage. We emailed you about this on the same day as your order, but it’s possible the email went to your spam folder, as we didn’t hear back right away.
We offered a full refund or the option to proceed with the Limited Package, which includes a different set of outlets. The full list of these outlets was shared with you in advance and is also available on our homepage and sample reports. Since you chose to continue with the Limited Package, your article was published on the outlets included in that package.

I can't trust the high ratings
While other distribution sites release content on scheduled dates, this site consistently misses them. The dashboard only shows system logs, and despite repeated inquiries, I've received no updates on actual release dates for over two weeks. It seems the high ratings might not be genuine. Additionally, some of the published articles come with links to unrelated companies and suffer from distorted formatting, which only adds to the frustration. Feedback is quick before an order is placed, but post-order responses take days, and the dashboard doesn’t even display links to the reports—only options to place new orders are active. I’ve tried reaching out about these issues but getting a response has been challenging. The design may be good, but overall, the service is extremely disappointing.
