Faulty watch, worst experience, avoid them at all cost
Bought an Apple Watch from their eBay store and paid a premium price for the 鈥渆xcellent鈥� version. The watch stopped working after a month or two, and when I reached out, they refused to fix it, claiming the back was shattered鈥攚hich was absolutely not the case.
To make things worse, they sent the watch back without the band, and now I鈥檝e been waiting for weeks with nothing delivered.
Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this seller. The product will likely stop working soon after you buy it, leaving you with a dead item. Honestly, it feels like they鈥檙e selling refurbished faulty units that were cheaply fixed just to resell.
Unfortunately, I checked the reviews too late and realized this is a common issue with their products. And to top it all off, their customer service is incredibly rude. When I mentioned leaving a review, their response was, 鈥淲e won鈥檛 be threatened.鈥� Never dealt with such unprofessionalism before.
Avoid them at all cost!

We have reviewed this case. The device was sold on the 11th of April 2024. The issue was raised on the 5th of November 2024. Unfortunately, the watch has shattered back as seen in the photo. All our devices have 12 months warranty except for accessories like chargers, and faults caused by accidental or physical damage, water damage, loss, theft and normal wear and tear such as battery degradation and cosmetic issues.
It is the shattered back that voids the warranty of the device and was sent back to you. We acknowledged our lapse that the wrist band was missed. Honestly, we have arranged to ship the wrist band, however it was not picked up from the LPO, and we received it back. A communication was sent out.
Should the device was not accidentally/physically damaged, we are always committed and more than happy to have the device replaced after the fault is confirmed.
We are very sorry for the unfavourable outcome.

i initially ordered the Apple Watch Series 7 41 mil aluminium graphite, but it wasn鈥檛 in stock, promptly provided a better substitute of apple watch series 7 titanium.
Receiving the product i was really happy with it; as stated the product looked new from factory included band n charger.
but 10/10 just perfect professional and highly responsive customer service assistance from marlyn. i have zero fault towards her, she promptly provided a easily solution and i was extremely happy with her service. please promote her she provides the best type of customer service anyone could ask for.

Experience was super fantastic
I had the pleasure in dealing with Luiz Ribeiro as I have reached out to many other resellers and their communication was extremely poor. The others didn't go the extra mile that Luiz was enthusiastic to do so and he received extra business from us. The items received as described, great to see recycled boxes were used to promote environmentally friendly packaging as well as the pin for the SIM card and charging cable supplied. (others were reluctant to supply). Overall experience was super fantastic.

I initially had an issue with the abttery life.
I initially had an issue with the iwatch I had received from Loop however after having the watch for 7 months advised them of the issue. I dealt with Marlyn Isidoro and she was absolutely amazing. Organised collection and replacement in a timely manner and in no time my iwatch was replaced. Can't thank them enough for their service and expertise. Disappointed !
Firstly this is a very professional operation. I was informed every step of the way once I had placed my order for an Apple Watch. I received my watch within two days and it was, as described, in Pristine Condition. However.. when I checked the Battery Health it was only 81%- just 1% over their guaranteed standard level. I then received an email announcing that their new standard was 90%. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this company
