shame carnt be said for DPD said it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday between 14.31 and 15.31 came to 15.25 got a message sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel only to be told by DPD he didn't even attempt to deliver it to my address so had to cancel plans yesterday to wait in again. Raylo was amazing will deferntly use again
My experience was super smooth. Since the first approach to the website, till the delivery, the Raylo service has been great, and even the customer service has been super responsive and helpful.
The only suggestion I'd make, after such a great service, is to implement after the order, a system to decide the delivery day, because not everyone is available during the week.
Even though, the customer service changed immediately the delivery day, upon my request.
My new device came next day! Although it said ‘refurbished’ it looks completely brand new, not a mark on it. I was also sent a screen protector and protective case. Excellent service.
Quick and easy to apply for the phone and next day delivery, you also get a free phone cover with your phone. Overall great service and great value, I’m very happy with my iPhone 16 that I received.

I have only just started to use Raylo. However I'm unsure what to comment.

If you plan to own this phone at the end of this lease, then this service isn't for you because you will be asked to pay some money at the end which they do not communicate to you from the beginning.
And it is even worse when you try to cancel the lease 4 months into it as you will be asked to pay steep sum of £569.85

I was not impressed by this company at all because they are not trustworthy. I ordered for I phone 16 pro max and they brought me I phone 16e. I returned the item to them and they promised to send me my initial item. Since then, they have not delivered my item. I keep on calling them but no response. They disappointed me
