Their support is terrible.
For $99 a month, I expect top-notch support, but instead, they seem incompetent. In one of the worst cases, to set up the email where I receive invoices (the same one used
for the account, so nothing unusual), they asked me for a copy of my passport. Unbelievable.

Après 1,5 an avec Hélium, je vous déconseille fortement cette mutuelle. J’étais auparavant affilié à une autre mutuelle pendant 15 ans, que j’ai quittée en suivant mon nouvel employeur, l’Institut Curie. À ma grande surprise, Hélium s’est révélée décevante à plusieurs niveaux : leurs remboursements sont insuffisants, malgré les promesses faites par l’employeur, et leur service client est lamentable.

Lorsque vous les contactez, vous êtes confronté à un personnel hautain et désagréable, incapable d’enregistrer correctement vos documents. Ils vous font passer d’un interlocuteur à un autre jusqu’à ce que, par chance, vous tombiez sur quelqu’un qui daigne faire son travail. Quant à leur application, bien que performante en théorie, elle n’est pas utilisée efficacement pour le traitement des remboursements.

Je suis actuellement à la recherche d’une nouvelle mutuelle, car rejoindre Hélium a été l’une des pires décisions que j’aie prises.

Just an OK platform. Requested to cancel my subscription and got a run around for over a week via email about how they want to offer me future credits for their business to return at a later time and I declined multiple times. I just wanted to cancel my subscription. I was charged the $99 which I requested a refund for after the fact. I never got it. I had to call my bank. worst customer service on the planet!

Customer support absolutely not worth the price paid

Their support is terrible.

The best, but far from good

I see this for product research as the best software next to Junglescout, but it has way too many issues that make it a pain to use...
- The standard version is kind of useless and too limited. No keyword metrics. Go Platinum or you're wasting you're money
- Even on Platinum, they still only show you 200 products even when the same filters have 1,000s of matching products
- I have to turn off the extension because every page takes 5-10 seconds to load with my 32GB RAM PC

Instead of just giving 20 ecom tools you're never going to need, you should just focus on fixing the basics.

Helium 10: Poor Service and Broken Promises

The customer service at Helium 10 leaves much to be desired and has been less than transparent. For instance, they claimed they "can’t refund previous payments," which is hard to believe. Most companies have the ability to process refunds when warranted, so this response feels dismissive and unhelpful. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care for their users.

EU/UK Users Beware – Helium 10 Fails on VAT

The Profits app is fundamentally flawed for UK/EU users because Helium 10 doesn’t account for VAT correctly. Unlike in the USA, the final sale price in the UK/EU already includes VAT, yet the platform seems to have completely misunderstood this.

I first reported this issue back in August and was assured a fix would be implemented and that I’d receive compensation for the inconvenience.

Now, it’s December. The issue remains unresolved, and the "compensation" was nothing more than a 20% discount on future subscriptions. Seriously? Why would I pay for a service that doesn’t work and fails to meet the most basic needs of its users?

MRS managed refund service is a scam

MRS managed refund service is a scam. They made an audit and said they will recover couple of thousands $ a month. In reality they were recovering 200$ a month which costed me 1800$ a month! In addition, they wanted to include old cases that I myself had opened in recent years among the recovered items. And for that they wanted to receive an additional 25% commission! Fortunately, after a long time I managed to explain to them that it was not them who had recovered those amounts, but me. Now they are pushing this buggy software into the standard plan, but don't be fooled.

There's better PPC software out there..

If you're looking for PPC automation, then this software really isn't going to be your best bet. This software mostly excels in product research tools to find new product opportunities to list on Amazon. It's not great if you are looking for something that can help with your ads. Adtomic is horrible to use and largely ineffective. Their algorithm is just a basic ACOS target, its as plain featured as you can get.

If you're looking a PPC automation software, try other ones first before you commit to Helium10. Some decent ones out there include Teikametrics, Perpetua, and my personal favorite, Astra by Sellrbox. My sales has accelerated a lot using it, which is hardly something I can say about Helium10's Adtomic software.

Helium 10 is a great tool if you're selling on Amazon. I'm still learning all the functions but so far so good. I'm hoping to really learn all the ins and outs so I can get the best value. The only small con I see so far is I wish it was a little cheaper.

Buena atención al cliente.

Tengo que decir que como herramienta para gestionar la tienda de AMAZON, es la mejor. Quizás no sea la más barata pero es la más completa.

Dicho esto mi reseña va porque por primera vez he conseguido que una empresa online me haga un reembolso por activar un servicio de manera inadvertida por mi parte. En este caso pause la suscripción y se volvió a reactivar. Quizás debería haberla cancelado en su día, pero por lo que sea fui yo quién optó por pausarla, y bueno, lo cierto es que entendieron mi problema e hicieron un reembolso.
Este tipo de despistes me han ocurrido en otras ocasiones y lo más que he conseguido ha sido alguna ventaja frente al servicio que había contratado.
Vaya esta buena valoración para su servicio de atención al cliente.
También les recomiendo encarecidamente que la opción pausar la suscripción esté menos visible que la de cancelarla, para evitarles el trabajo que le puedan suponer gente más despistada.

I attribute my company's 1st year success to Helium 10

I joined Helium 10 about a year ago to start doing research for a start up company to shortly after launching my first product on Amazon! Between the research, sales analytics, email marketing follow ups, training, to the customer service I have been unbelievably impressed with this platform. I attribute the success in my company over the last year to the information Helium 10 has provided me with that has lead me to make informed decisions on products and advertising for my company and I have forever grateful for this platform for helping my first year of business (even with only 2 launched Amazon products) we've have had a huge 5 figure successful year

Terrible

This is terrible work Helium!! I used the program for one month, after a while they started to write off money from me!!! The subscription was activated without any warning!! I contacted the support service, they said that the money will not be returned. They wrote off for 2 months. I do not view my expenses and saw this only after 1.5 months. I could not have noticed this at all! What surprised me most was that I asked to unlink my card from my account, they told me that they can not do this, since this will interfere with smooth operation!!! Are you serious??? Am I a prisoner?? I can not delete my card, what if you start writing off my money again. I will have to change the card at the bank. This is terrible!! 😱

You had paused your account for six months, and when it automatically resumed, the charges were applied. Since the subscription wasn’t canceled before reactivation, this led to the charges you noticed.

Our support team worked to clarify this misunderstanding, and while we were unable to issue a refund, we did offer credits for future use. I understand you declined this offer, but please know it remains available should you change your mind.

Regarding your request to unlink your card, we are unable to remove it from an active account, but we can assist once the account is canceled. Since you disputed the charge, our billing team couldn’t make any changes during the dispute process, as this could interfere with it.

I hope this clears up any confusion. We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to assist if you need further support.
