We were browsing with serious intent and received excellent help and advice. Bought both items we had come in search of and a couple of post Christmas offers.
Shopping on line is fine but it was extremely helpful to be able to see the actual items and receive advice.

Visited the Bideford shop in Atlantic Village. Absolutely full of just about anything you need for the kitchen + really helpful staff. A joy to visit after being dragged around all the clothes shops.

A good powerful blender with a substantial 2L container. It would help if the instructions stated that the machine only works the container is facing forward, towards the dial, otherwise a blue light flashes. Simple but highly relevant. Staff in Bideford excellent as always.

Came to browse and found a stunning dinnerware set! As we had been looking for a new set, and ProCook had a sale on we decided to buy. The dinner set was efficiently packed into a shopping trolley! Love it!

We live on the south coast and go to North Devon about 4 times a year, to visit family. We always go to Atlantic Village and always pop into Pro Cook. One of the ladies always remembers us and greets us with a smile and is very helpful. We always seem o buy something!

The items I bought in the shop was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The next day I bought myself an ice cream maker online and finding it hard to use otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Polite and helpful staff. Even though the shop was busy the staff took the time to make sure that me and my friends bought what we needed and did not try to over sell things we didn’t need.
I needed a cleaver that was not part of the set I previously purchased and so the lady helped me find one that closely matched.
My friends were looking for a new set and again the staff took the time to but the set they liked

Your frying pans do not stay flat. They warp which makes them difficult to use on a reduction hob. I have three pans and they have all suffered the same warping.
