Rude Sales Assistant

The sales assistant barely looked at me, continuing his conversation with other staff members and another customer. I almost said to forget it but I needed the items. I actually would have said something there and then but my daughter was with me and she didn’t want me to. I was really annoyed and frankly it’s put me off shopping there again.

Helpful, polite and smiling

The guys in the Bracknell store were very helpful. I had questions, they answered, I was looking for something and they took me to the product and they were smiling, which in my opinion, goes a long way to good customer service.

Good products and helpful in store

Ordered online but it was too big so had to return, was able to take into the Bracknell store and they organised for it to be sent back. Helpful as too heavy to deal with sending back in post. Nice products at pro cook

I'm so pleased with my new pans!

I'm so pleased with my new pans!
Having used non-stick for years, I decided it was time I grew up and bought some good-quality stainless steel pans. I spoke with Joe, Alex and Shane who were all extremely helpful and offered some great advice on which pans to choose based on my budget and kitchen setup. They also helped me unbox them in-store so I could get them into my motorcycle backpack! Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I therefore have great confidence in their knowledge and recommendations, and will be returning for more kitchen supplies in the future based on this experience. The pans themselves are great quality and I'm sure they will last for many years. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

The sales assistant was helpful

The sales assistant was helpful, when the item that I was looking for wasn't on the shelf. He checked to see of they had it in stock and as he was the only member of staff there, then closed the shop for a moment, while I popped to a different shop, to get the item from the stock room for me.

Very welcoming at this store.

Always welcome me as I enter the shop. The staff are always very helpful. They always offer advice .The duty manger is always amazing with the service that he gives to everyone he is outstanding.

Lovely Products

I purchased items from ProCook before and have been very happy with the products. So after a recent re-fit of my kitchen decided to visit the store. The staff were extremely helpful and even helped us to our car with our large purchase. We are very pleased with what we purchased and will be returning.

Great service

Great service, yet again from staff that genuinely want to help. They are patient and helpful. I got just what I was looking for and even upgraded to something better than expected. My husband loves his gifts.

Oil & Vinegar pourer …

Bought a new glass holder for balsamic & olive oil as we broke our old one.
