Half way through a seven year contract with 4 Com (HiHi) and although I was quoted £150 a month we are now paying £500 a month. Handsets aren’t without their problems either.

Very pushy sales people, when locked into the 7 year contract you soon realise the aim is to fleece money from unsuspecting customers with a dodgy BNP Paribas loan agreement (rental charges) and increasing prices whilst slipping in as many un necessary service charges as possible. This company is horrendous

Possibly the worst provider out there. We are a small business that wanted quick and easy internet supplied to our premises.
They were quick to get sales people to us and get us to sign a contract, they were also incredibly quick in dumping all the equipment onsite.
However we waited for 6 weeks to get internet on our premises. We were then given a 'temporary' 4G box to supply us internet, it worked for about a week. Once it had stopped working I was on the phone every.single.day to 4COM trying to get us some form of internet. Each time I was told I was going to get a call back within a few hours, did I ever? Absolutely not. I was passed from department to department when I called, from supervisor to manager who all said they were looking into this case and it would be solved ASAP. After giving it another week or so we had enough, decided to call the company and cancel our contract. It was only then they found a magical troubleshooting solution we could do remotely, too little too late. Once we said we were leaving, they then had the cheek to send us and email stating 'I am writing to inform you that 4Com has made a commercial decision to terminate your agreement with us.' Sorry? You did not make a business decision, you delivered absolutely APPAULING customer service and so we decided to leave.
Passing blame, no accountability, no action. Absolute joke, please go to Vodafone, Openreach who have now installed and validated our internet within the week.

Charles was a superb sales guy, Very helpful and efficient. Daniel has just done our 1st install and it could not have gone any better. Everything was fully explained and we were shown how to use all the equipment. All questions were fully answered and both guys were very polite and professional.

Tom Parr Engineer came to install our upgraded systems. Tom was very helpful and also went through a step by step on how to use the newer system . He also made sure to answer any questions we had regarding the HIHI devices.

Jihad Chouch came in to upgrade our telephone system. He was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer questions we put to him or if not he found the answers quickly. He worked around our employees without much interference to our working day.

Had our final install completed today by Tom. He was very professional and courteous, and thoroughly explained what he was doing. It's still early days, so time will tell if they are better than BT, though it is a low starting point.

This company does not even deserve 1 star.
I have been reporting the same issue for a year now and not one single person at 4com can fix it. Everyone promises they will fix it yet here I am paying full price for a phone that barely works.
Every time I complain - someone says they will take care of the issue they promise they will fix it. Haha what a joke!!!
Please also don't reply with your generic response. Its embarrassing and further proves everyone's point that there is 0 customer service at 4com. Anyone can copy and paste some words.

Joe completed the install of our new phone system today, he spent a lot of time going through everything with us in great detail and answered all of the many questions we had including putting some step by step notes together for us. Everything went smoothly, no disruption to our working day and all done in a timely manner. Joe was a very friendly guy and a credit to 4com !
