Ik bestelde een Airfryer en het was binnen 5 dagen bij afhaalpunt Tynaarlo aangekomen op vrijdag. En maandag werd het pakket op aangegeven tijd aan huis bezorgd.
Pakket wad onbeschadigd en inhoud is

I ordered a Ninja Slushy Maker and I never received it. I texted them over a period of 3 months plus. They blamed it on the postal system or their logistics. They supposedly sent out 3 and it's strange I never received one.
I always thought that Ninja was a reputable brand, not anymore.
Based on my experience if there was a minus star, I would use it. I experienced nothing but numerous excuses that were really lies and patronization.
Obviously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! 😡

I wouldn't even give them a one star if it weren't required. I ordered a coffee machine on January 31st. And it said it'll be delivered 5-7 days. A month later and still nothing. I called the customer service number multiple times and I get the same answer "we will escalate this matter".
I tried to cancel it, however, they said I couldn't do that because it's been over 30 minutes window. And yet, them taking over 30 days is acceptable.

If I could give less than 1 star I would the lid on the blender wouldn’t stay closed because a part in a SEALED area broke so when I called ninja and showed them the defect they told me to buy a new blender when all I needed was a new lid? The agent told me that I could get a coupon and only pay $65 (plus shipping) as much as I told her and showed her that I didn’t need an extra container that’s all she was willing to do and not offer any other suggestions? Is it wrong to ask for a lid when you know you didn’t break it and it was a defective part ??

Top service en snelle bezorging

The Ninja Experience

Horrible customer service

Got a ninja crock pot for s Christmas…

Got a ninja crock pot for s Christmas gift.was pretty excited becuase its a 'ninja'....got one good meal cooked in it and then it went crazy...tried a recipe that was supposed to take 10 hrs to cook after only 40 mins the meat was overcooked and ruined...will never buy a ninja product again

If I could give less than 1 star I would the lid on the blender wouldn’t stay closed because a part in a SEALED area broke so when I called ninja and showed them the defect they told me to buy a new blender when all I needed was a new lid? The agent told me that I could get a coupon and only pay $65 (plus shipping) as much as I told her and showed her that I didn’t need an extra container that’s all she was willing to do and not offer any other suggestions? Is it wrong to ask for a lid when you know you didn’t break it and it was a defective part ??

Het heet dan wel ninja kitchen.nl, maar zit ergens in Engeland.
Engelse betaalmethoden, als het Nederlands was kon je met iDeal betalen, ik vertrouw ze niet.

Flexdrawer air fryer

Had a slight problem with a flex drawer air fryer phoned customer services the lady i spoke to was very helpful sent me a link to click on for a video call to show the defects they do not stock the spare parts needed so with no fuss sent out another main body base unit and told to keep the faulty one WOW what a top notch service while on the phone registered the fryer for the guarantee cannot praise them enough would i reccomend yes i would the fryer is amazing 10/10 for customer service very happy customer shame i didnt take the ladies name or i would have mentioned her oh and the replacement came next day on a saturday amazing

Do not buy Ninja products.

I ordered a replacement pitcher for my ninja blender and they sent me the wrong model.
I was on the phone with a customer service rep for 35+ minutes to simply replace the item. It was completely inefficient. The original replacement pitcher was $30. The rep didn't tell me how much the correct item was until after my card was already charged. $75 plust $10 shipping.
They charged me shipping even though they sent the wrong item.
Terrible customer care. Ridiculous you can only connect to a rep at Ninja by phone. No contact form. No e-mail. No chat. "Ninja. Let us waste your time and take your money."
Never again.

Purchased 15 in 1 air fryer direct from…

Purchased 15 in 1 air fryer direct from Ninja late 2022, unboxed it and it wouldn't pressurise on pressure cooker mode. Called help desk, told it was faulty and to return it - they didn't have any more in stock.
Ordered one from currys, loved it. Liked it so much my mum bought one and we bought a second one for another property.
2 years down the line the fan stopped working, quick google and it appears to be a VERY common fault around the 2 year old mark. Out of warranty so I am assuming I will be like the majority of people and told tough, its out of warranty.
Another search and it would appear that the main culprit is the fan wires that run through the lid hinge and over time the wire breaks.
For an item of 'quality' and expense this is a floored design so we are expecting the other two we have to fail soon. Poor Ninja - very poor. Don't waste your money buying one!

I’ve bought 3 of their Professional…

I’ve bought 3 of their Professional Food Processors. 1000 watt. Great machine. Blades are awesome but the Bowl (72 oz) is Pathetic. Plastic is so thin simply falling 12 inches off the dish rack to the counter it cracks, Put a 16 oz bag of Nuts in it and it cracks or breaks. Crushed Ice to make a Smooth you can forget it. It will Break. I’m certain they probably spent a whole Dollar on the bowl. Gezzzz. SO why buy 3 you ask. Their Replacement Bowl cost $48.99. The entire Processor on Sale was only $30 more. I can only assume it’s designed that way so you pay the Ridiculous price for a Replacement bowl or you simply buy a whole new processor. I definitely won’t buy another Ninja anything. I feel like it’s a Con Job. They have to KNOW how Fragile the bowl is.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!! Have had 2 oven/freyers that both lasted 18 months - just beyond the 12 month warranty. Customer support in attempting to get repaired was terrible. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND A NINJA PRODUCT TO ANYONE !!!

Ninja creami deluxe smelling of burning…

I bought a ninja creami deluxe for my husband direct from ninja as a Christmas present. It started to make the ice cream like dust and smelt of burning! So I switched it off. After ringing customer service told them I wasn't happy with the creami deluxe and want a refund as a replacement may also have the same fault and defeats the object of buying it as gift if you can't even use it and have a risk of it burning your house down!. So technically they are happy for the item to catch fire on a trouble shooting call! I'm not risking that it's common sense you don't switch something back on that smells of burning!

DO NOT EVER BUY DIRECTLY FROM NINJA

This company hands down has the absolute worst customer service ever. Bought a Ninja slushie in early November 2024 for a Christmas gift. The package never made it to me. I tried multiple times to get them to refund me because they were the shipper and they could file a claim against the carrier. In all honesty they basically told me to pound salt. To this day I’ve never received a refund and had to file a stop payment through my credit card company. This company is run by a bunch of low life individuals!!!

Excellent product support

Relatively new purchase of foodi. Worked fine then pressure lid wouldn't lock. Spoke to support. Used my phone camera to show issue. Agent hadn't come across this before but suspected lid fault. Just received replacement within 48 hrs at no cost. Working fine. Excellent service.
