What was originally a 5 star rating is now a 1. Customer handling at point of sale was great however the moment you take the car, you’re screwed. 15 days from collecting the car, I discover the air conditioning is not working. Ok, things happen, I am not worried, I simply contact them and ask if they’d cover a simple regas for £50 local to me to check if it is something as simple as this before having the air conditioning unit fully checked for a far greater cost. They refuse with the below reply… Good Afternoon, Unfortunately as the Air Con is not part of the Engine or Gearbox (This is a gas that runs out), this isn't something we can cover under our warranty. If you have any issues going further regards to Engine or Gearbox issues, please contact myself Kieran in Aftersales on 01509 276780. Kind Regards I then point out I have only had the car for a matter of 2 weeks and understand it is required to be fixed anyway under consumer rights act and they reply with the below… I have checked our inspection and I can confirm that it was working. It may be that the gas has dropped below the pressure threshold and requires a regas. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of this I am now going to have to pursue ombudsman route for something that I would have expected a simple “I am very sorry to hear the air conditioning has already failed on a car you’ve just collected, we will reimburse you the cost and if it is still not working get it booked for a full investigation’. Please use extreme caution when buying a vehicle here; I would thoroughly recommend you treat them as a private seller without integrity.

Worst experience ever. Bought a Ray Ban Meta sunglasses and got my order confirmed and the price charged to my credit card. 10 days after and the orden had not been shipped. I contacted Ray Ban and they said they had some kind of mistake in their system and the order was never shipped and they had to cancel the order. After a few calls and fighting with their agents, they agreed to give me a 30% discount which I happily accepted. Once I tried to used my discount to buy my Meta glasses again I found out that this discount couldn't be used to buy Meta glasses. So I ended up not being able to buy my glasses and not receiving any helpful solution from Ray Ban, as their solution was to give me a discount for some other glasses I didn't want.

“Useless product, waste of money” I bought the 5000 mg creatine with 600 mg BCA and Creatine Energy Boost, but unfortunately, these products had absolutely no effect. According to the instructions, I was supposed to take 3 gummies per day, but instead of feeling any benefits, I felt very sick after taking them. As for the pre-workout, the situation is even more disappointing. The label recommends taking 2 gummies per day, but I didn’t feel any difference. I tried increasing the dose gradually (4 gummies, then 6), but still no results—no energy boost, no performance improvement. In short, these products are completely ineffective and not worth the investment. I do not recommend them at all!

Greenshield, by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with, maybe besides Telus. I waited on hold for an hour only to be rudely treated and snubbed by some Representative that seemed like he had so many better things to do than help me out. I would give you zero Stars if I could because I never actually got anything accomplished. You guys suck the big one.. if I was an employee I would be embarrassed and ashamed of collecting a paycheck from greenshield. Their phone system is an absolute joke. I was on hold for over an hour. By far the worst company in existence. you would be better off getting insurance from some guy in a van down by the river... Useless. Useless useless

Got the saber and the core is cheaply made and the usb c port is not even contacting the circuit board properly so it won't charge. I contacted the company and they say it's just the battery. The charging port is literally falling off inside the core. Their response was to tell me to use a different charger if I have one. That's not acceptable. It's not a standard battery people who don't have other sabers will have a charger for, and they are asking me to just live with a broken saber core? I have reached out to request they remedy the situation and I will adjust this review accordingly.

Called by 0333 042 8418, cannot find information on this number, when I called back they said they were from "fix my finances", I told them I don't meed to speak to them, they persisted and used my first name. I put the phone down. I'm getting constant calls from dodgy numbers and as soon as I hear background noise I know it's a call center... my question is, is this call from this number a legitimate number and are they actually from "fix my finance". It's so hard not to get scam calls these day is have a problem decifering who is legitimate or not

Purchased a pro rider golf trolley on Aug 2023. The attraction was that it supplied a 36 hole battery. Nowhere near lasting 36 holes, struggled to complete 18 holes, it now struggles to complete 15 holes. Battery only had 1 year warranty and have been told to get the battery checked or buy a new one after only 27 months and only used one round a week 90% of the time. Customer service is terrible. If you want cheap you certainly get cheap with this company, stay well clear.

Very Very bad service. Scamming. This is not the way to do business. I wanted to cancel my inital contract and was told thati was locked into 36 months. I asked that i be canceled after that. Now I am chagred again and they said i called after it was charged this month and that i am again locked into another 36 months. to get out of this contract i have to pay for next 36 months 11k
