Their 100% no risk refund policy is a sham, firstly they’ll not allow you to cancel your order and if they do it then they’ll tell you that you can pick up the bed physically from their Albany store but can only return it via post so you have to pay for courier. They also pass on the ‘processing fees’ to customers and deduct it before refunding your order. Most businesses wear that cost as part of business expenses and honor their refund policy but not these guys. Despite of advertising it as ‘100% refund policy’ they’ll pass on these costs to you. Avoid them at all costs and buy from reputable stores like animates and pet direct to save yourself from an unnecessary headache. I tried to review on their website but they haven’t allowed it so posting it here.

Changed to New Brighton Vet Life after many years at other Vet practice closed re Cov and Vet shortages. Now reopened. Receptionist very helpful and friendly and have never had problems getting appointments when my dog is sick. Nice to be local. Many different Vets at practice, so bit like the GP, never quite sure who you will see, BUT all very thorough and caring

Worst customer service. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Day after Christmas it's still not even in the same state as me. The company is a scam. Don't order. Emailed them several times they keep saying I will get it within 24 hours. They are seriously the worst.

I have been paying insurance for 2 years. Never put in a claim. I had my dog neutered, so put in a claim for the $20 that I was entitled to. Long story short... drama... not from me. So I decided to cancel my membership and use another insurance company, only to discover that I am locked in with them for another 10 months. I didnt read the small print, this membership is annual. You cant cancel it. I have never heard of such a thing.

Absolutely changed my life. I've done lots of dog training over the years and this one was by far the best. My dog began to change right away and is now the most amazing dog. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Very unique, effective and affordable. There's even lots of awesome free stuff too.
