Definitely a clever scam, looks so legit. Website amazing, even down to the ordering and following it on shop app. After 10 days of no information I sent an email to ask when I could expect the delivery. I was told it would be dispatched next week. I wanted to give company the benefit of the doubt as Christmas is upon us and I am not unreasonable. The chat robot kept linking me to the order which just said in process shipping which was the same information as day 1. Despite several emails more no response.Thankfully my credit company is issuing me a credit and will deal with supplier. Terrible that someone can be so dishonest or if not dishonest very poor customer service. Definitely don't use this company

Very quick shipping and my beautiful art piece arrived safe and sound! Very pleased as this was a gift for my husband for his birthday after he fell in love with it on our honeymoon in New Zealand but didn't purchase it at the time.
