Never received product - tried calling and emailing but no response. Site is fake. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Our experience eight years ago with In Residence purchasing tapware was superb in all aspects. Recently we required a replacement tap part and James made the entire process a breeze with sending the parts via overnight courier and providing clear instructions - it made for a simple job for this DIYer! My Bathmate has a small fixable crack on a part that can be replaced. I have used it a couple of dozen times since I purchased it. I contacted the company to request it be fixed and after several emails back and forth, this is the response I got… Hi barry, Unfortunately, your warranty has expired, so we won't be able to offer any repairs or replacement parts. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if there's any other way we can help you today. Regards Richard Short of it is if you have a bathmate that goes out of warranty then they won’t fix it, regardless of whether you offer to pay for the repair or not. Where’s the service?
