The hair curler is great but the glove is budget and the material is easily pulled. The spray looks great but the main handle on it came off so I am yet to fix that.

I've ordered many times from this store, very positive experiences. When I had a problem with the web-page loading after paying, I'd contacted customer support to make sure my order went through and they were very pleasant to deal with! One of my favourite features is the filtering system which you can make very specific, for example: > I can filter my skin/hair type > What choices I'd like to make (Vegan, Cruelty free etc) > And what ingredients I'd like to have or avoid The list goes on. They have a decently large range of high end products with reasonable pricing & they're always nicely packaged when delivered. Every parcel I'd received always had a cookie to thank me for my purchase & I'd even received some stickers on my most recent order. One thing I do wish they had would be an even larger range of products, sometimes I'll have to purchase specific brands from other stores but I shouldn't expect them to have everything as that wouldn't be realistic

I was a long time user and have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars with onceit, but after a particularly bad customer service experience from Stella (ignored all questions and sent templates that had no relevancy to the situation.) I will no longer be using them and will implore others not to give this company your money. I believe they were doing this just to keep up the line of communication, but didn’t have the actual stock to supply what I had paid for and hoped that by ignoring me, I would go away. I had to threaten to charge back my card after this person completely ignored my questions. I also paid for diamond club which is to ensure you quick responses, the average wait time for a response was 4 working days. Unacceptable.

Great products, I LOVE the sales, nice and easy to navigate through. I also like how discount is at checkout, it makes things so much easier…..it does make me buy more but so excited when it turns up

I have never experienced customer service as appalling as this. I placed an order with Sephora well in advance and received an email saying, "Great news, your parcel is on its way," along with a tracking number. However, the tracking number didn’t work. After contacting the courier, I found out the package was still sitting in Sephora's warehouse and hadn’t been sent out. Three days after the expected delivery date, I tried to contact Sephora. The only way to reach them was via live chat—no phone just email options or live chat. I have sent 3 emails and no response. The agent on live chat informed me they needed to send a request to the warehouse and that I’d have to wait another two days for an update. They couldn’t cancel my order or issue a refund. A week later, I still don’t have my item, no clear answers, and no one I can actually speak to for resolution. I would strongly recommend avoiding Sephora’s online store or app. If you must shop, go to a physical store where you can deal with real people and get immediate service. Their online system is frustratingly inefficient, and their response to complaints is dismissive—"Thank you for your feedback" with no action to improve. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Sephora.

I had broken a part of my trimmer totally my own fault . I reached out to Angela and she was able to send out a replacement to me . She always kept me informed to the progress of the part which was still being manufactured at the time. I was pleased I asked as it would have been so easy just to replace the entire boosh trimmer but that would have been a waste of a perfectly repairable product. Thanks Angela

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered an item and they quite simply did not even ship the order. It just sat as order confirmed for over a week later than it was supposed to be shipped. They do NOT respond to messages or emails, they will simply steal your money and not send you your item. I've had to open up a dispute which is so annoying.

I have experienced of using Quiq fix eyeliner. The tip and bottom are comes off each time when you remove the cap. It’s make use of product very uncomfortable and messy. The 0800 number no longer existed. This makes me to believe that they are not interested give refunds and improve product quality.

Ships from overseas ( read the fine print ) been waiting 5 weeks. Customer service just copy and paste the same reply over and over. No accountability or care. Made it seem like there was a chance my order could have been delayed but reading other experiences this seems normal for them. Would have appreciated the transparency on timeframes up front. Will never purchase again and will be sure to let other knows about my terrible experience and especially so since they have made zero effort to make this right. If you get your order right away great, but be aware its not a local company and you might be waiting weeks without being informed properly. Totally sucks. Pay with PayPal so you are protected and can open a claim if you need to!!
