Great experience, very easy to deal with. The people I dealt with were reassuring. It was easy to manage, pay online and pick up items. The follow up support was exceptional. Mattresses are good, one is great the other is not what we expected we thought it was going to be softer.

Purchased an outdoor storage box from TSB Christchurch in April 2024 to store shoes in a semi- covered patio. It has leaked constantly and now the lid is disconnected. Absolute rubbish

Shit!!! Awesome stuff but shit service. I emailed and nothing. Took nine days before they even processed what I had purchased online. Is there any human working online or is it all Ai? Never been so disgusted by an online company before.Paid extra to be a linen lover and what does it get me? $5 off. Whippety shit when you’re paying that much. Do not buy online!!!!

Pretending to be a local NZ company, but actually based in the US. Any return for any reason will be at your expense - TO THEIR US WAREHOUSE! Rug poor quality? Too bad, you pay to return and ps return fees are more than you paid for the rug. Don't get caught! Also terrible customer care experience with agent named Mark. Contacted them to enquire about the return policy. Mark assumed without checking, I am in the US ( even though i live chat then from .nz site address) and provided completely incorrect information. Only once I asked the return shipping fee be calculated did he realize my locale. I feel like I dodged a bullet by checking first.

I purchased 2 display cabinets that were 2 months backorder. I got no updates nor further correspondance after purchasing however when I emailed them with queries they always reply same or next day with answers. Cabinets arrived and happy..I guess you just need to contact them. Cabinets arrived

Everything looks fantastic together and has received numerous compliments. The quality is exceptional, and I feel like I got amazing value for my money.
