Customer service is dreadful. I have spent so much time cancelling a service and then have to complete another form to get a refund as they took another payment after cancelling. Plus they disconnected the service immediately but I asked for a month usage for the notice period. So I paid for a month i couldn't use despite following all the procedures. Currently I have no internet even though I have paid for it. And the answer from customer service was “my bad�. Not helpful

Very straight forward process to check and select and domain. Same goes for billing, payment etc., However, customer support (provided by R.A. in this instance) was completely sub-par. While no guarantee is provided that you can refund a .COM address, it may be possible to do so if no registration payment has occured - according to their company website. R.A. completely disputed this and requested me to submit links to their own website (!) that stated the above. After I did so, R.A. told me to make sure I do not make typos, and that a refund is not guaranteed. I received no explanation about what makes a refund possible or not possible, especially considering that both my purchase and the refund request took place during business closure (weekend).

Very stressful and negative experience Be very careful 0 stars I ordered 2 x iPhone 15 Made a mistake , should have ordered 2 x 14 I tried to cancel the order straightaway but it doesn’t allow it I called straightaway and informed them of cancelling I emailed straightaway and expressed clearly my intentions to cancel! But nevertheless the phones still arrived! They don’t listen! It seems unlawful to me that a service provider goes ahead and sends you a product you flat out state you don’t want and cancel!! When the phones arrived, they were damaged! Their communication is very bad , promising to get back to you within the hour ( a day later still no word) and email exchanges were extremely stressful! Meanwhile, I’m still without phones and to add insult , the refund at best will take 21 days to process. If you need extreme stress in your life …go ahead and buy from this service. Very annoyed is an understatement!
