The hair curler is great but the glove is budget and the material is easily pulled. The spray looks great but the main handle on it came off so I am yet to fix that.

Ordered online and received my product within 3 business days despite it being the Christmas holidays. I wanted to add a review to counter all the bad ones. Great experience.

I was a long time user and have spent literally tens of thousands of dollars with onceit, but after a particularly bad customer service experience from Stella (ignored all questions and sent templates that had no relevancy to the situation.) I will no longer be using them and will implore others not to give this company your money. I believe they were doing this just to keep up the line of communication, but didn’t have the actual stock to supply what I had paid for and hoped that by ignoring me, I would go away. I had to threaten to charge back my card after this person completely ignored my questions. I also paid for diamond club which is to ensure you quick responses, the average wait time for a response was 4 working days. Unacceptable.

I booked a hairdresser as my first cut moving to Greenwich. It was ok for the price that I paid. After a month, I wanted to book a second haircut and realised that they charged me for a ladies' haircut the first time. Never again, I am going back to them. I am a man, and a men's haircut on their website is £17 - £32, while I was charged £47.25.

Amazing customer service. Sarah went over and above in helping me with an order I was wanting to place. She was very patient and helpful. Loved the kind note included and all of the little extras. Highly recommend for great products and lovely customer service.

** Lambton Quay Salon ** I'm a long-time Vivo Hair customer, attending at least four times a year. Recently attended for a standard wash & cut, told that the products had changed (from Goldwell to Wella). After 7 washes, the dye still hasn't washed out (as it should) and is still staining pillowcases etc. I emailed Vivo to ask how much longer until the dye settles. Their resolution, in a fragmented and poorly phrased response, basically told me to go back to the Salon for "a free consultation with our Stylists." The same Stylist who lied about the details on my records? The same Stylist who was indifferent about the product change concerns? The same Stylist who couldn't even be bothered straightening my hair? Not going back. They've lost a loyal customer.

Ordered Morocconoil as they had sales on and it was a good price. The order was processed/delivered fast and within their estimated time frame. I had some concerns regarding the courier, but Alana from Holy Grail Haircare was responsive, kind, and forwarded my message to their dispatch team to follow up. They're NZ owned and operated, which is another reason I'm happy to purchase from them.

Very disappointed to see that 4 days after placing my order and not receiving any shipping updates that the business has gone into liquidation. Surely they knew this was coming so why was the website still up and running. $150 out of pocket right before Christmas. Not impressed. No contact from the business, just a note on their website.

Almost 3 weeks and package hasn't arrived and no communication from them on what the delay is. No reply to emails an social media plus no answer on the number listed. Alot of money to let go down the drain in our current living crisis.
