Having read some of the previous reviews I was anticipating the worst. However our outdoor rug arrived from the east coast of the USA 5 days from the time of order. It certainly exceeded our expectations and was in perfect condition.

I ordered a bigger size but it looked like a regular... It wasn't striking like the picture... They didn't deliver until late afternoon. The card was a small card not a full birthday card. Not $140 worth by any means! I won't be ordering from this florist again.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday from bunches.co.nz. Received buds with very short stems. Very expensive for what they were. This is definitely a case of terrible service and misleading advertising. When we complained they didn't apologise, but instead asked for the flowers to be left outside the next day for collection. Even if the replacement had been perfect it was no longer my birthday. To add insult to injury the replacement was essentially the same thing with more padding. Terrible service. I live at the same address my wife, I just wanted to give here a surprise when I was at work, but came home to that. If you want to waste your money and destroy the occasion at the same time then go for it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just received my two pairs of Size S merino/possum fingerless gloves, and the wrists are way too big! I had previously purchased a pair during my trip to NZ this past April, which fit perfectly. The wrist band is at least an inch smaller, so they’re nice and snug around my wrists. Hard to stay warm with the huge gap!☹️

Brydon has installed wooden shutters I ordered from him and I’m very please with the outcome. The shutters are sturdy, look very smart and help with cancelling noise too. Brydon himself provided a great service, came to take measurements on time, told me about the process and time frames. Great work, highly recommend it!
