It’s hard for the company to improve as really not interested in customers. Purchased a Food Saver machine, cost $370. Received a gift card of $37, advised no hurry to use, have a ‘couple of years’ . On back of card is 26-12-27. I had to 2026 or 2027 to use. I went to buy a computer, showed the gift card, told no, too bad, that’s expired! I asked for an explanation, advised the written date on back by staff is incorrect. I spoke to manager, (like talking to a child) Brad, manager of Harvey Norman , Loganholme, stated ‘well I wasn’t there, so how do I know you are telling the truth’. So now Brad, the ‘manager’, calls customers liers! Good on you Brad! Great management material!

I like the website and the price of goods when on sale, however delivery of their goods is consistently woeful. Goods ordered 3rd December, sent in 4 packages with the last delivered on 30th December.

This is my first time shopping online with Space General, and I made my purchase based on positive reviews from other customers. I bought the Mariah 4-Tier Ladder Bookshelf in Rustic Brown. The packaging was excellent, with the items securely wrapped and tightly packed in the box, preventing any movement or damage during shipping. The instruction manual was straightforward, and assembly was quick and easy. The bookshelf itself is sturdy, modern, and complements my décor perfectly. I haven't "styled" the bookshelf yet, so I don't have a photo to share at this time. I’m also considering purchasing more items from Space General in the future. My experience with customer service was great, with quick responses and a fast turnaround time.

I purchased 2 display cabinets that were 2 months backorder. I got no updates nor further correspondance after purchasing however when I emailed them with queries they always reply same or next day with answers. Cabinets arrived and happy..I guess you just need to contact them. Cabinets arrived

I ordered spice jars and labels - the labels alone cost $41 as I wanted custom and was happy to pay this. I cried when they arrived, the labels were huge. I ordered regular and wanted to put the jars in a drawer with the labels on the lids. I ended up having to create shelf space. The labels look ridiculous. The jars also do nt seal properly no matter how hard I try to make sure the rubber is correct. The Home Label told me a should have ordered small labels and it is therefore my problem. The told me to "I would suggest ensuring the silicone part is properly pushed into the jar as this may be causing the lid to not fully seal." Have tried this and they just will not seal. I spent a lot of money on the jars and labels and find the customer service to be terrible and I would NOT recommend buying from them.

At first I wasn't sure if it's a legit site. Did some digging on reddit and was all good to go! I made my order for a Aqua Marina LIQUID AIR V3 Hand Pump. The delivery arrived only in 2 days!!! From Christchurch to Blenheim! Super impressed and stoked! Well recommended store! Also the pump is awesome and solid with a really good price. And the pump fits nicely in my SUP bag with all the gear together.
