Made a claim online to 'save time', had the generic email saying claim had been received how to contact my claims manager. Heard nothing for days only to phone my claims manager and find he is on holiday for 2 weeks! Ring tower confirm my identity with 2 different persons, fair amoint of time spent on hold with a nice meaasge saying to use online services to save time. Finaly to get told of all the hoops I need to jump through for the claim to progress - thanks for letting me know! Do this and email the results then again hear nothing from tower for days. Check online no progress showing with my claim. Phone again - hold for 20+ mins confirm my identity- hold with another person - confirm identity again. Then find out claim has been sorted and passed onto supplier (news to me). Absolutely no communication from Tower, all off my own accord. I am certain if I hadn't chased them i would still be waiting. Never once responded to my email enquiries. Really disappointed in the customer service from a company I have used for many years. Perhaps a refresher needed on customer service and general communication

The most ANTI-CRYPTO bank on the planet. Too scared to keep up with the real world as usual, we fall ten years below the benchmark. Constant failed payments for crypto from legit sites. CC constantly blocked. Call everytime to unblock it. Told its the security measures and can't do anything Have to buy crypto from dodgy echanges instead at mich higher rates and fees, and somehow this is okay. Call again and again and this time they can permanently disable the anti crypto crap. Did it work?.......... NO!!!! Wanted to sell my cypto and RECEIVE funds?? Shouldn't even have bothered. $800 worth of sold USDC and ETH, converted to NZ currency, rejected and disappeared. Have to chase up with Mercury and Trustwallet with tedious conversations and transaction hash back and forths to find it. Still can't find it. I needed this money over Christmas. I can't even sell my assets when the price is right. Will I receieve compensation for the time and stress, or for any price fluctuations fro. When I wanted to sell at the peak, as to when I might be able to sell, on a dip? Will I find my 800? I HATE HATE HATE Kiwibank with a passion. Third world scared l, stupid no8 wire NZ BS!!!!
