Customer service is dreadful. I have spent so much time cancelling a service and then have to complete another form to get a refund as they took another payment after cancelling. Plus they disconnected the service immediately but I asked for a month usage for the notice period. So I paid for a month i couldn't use despite following all the procedures. Currently I have no internet even though I have paid for it. And the answer from customer service was “my bad”. Not helpful

By the most easiest and useful job management software out there, there's nothing they haven't thought of. The costs compared to some other job management software companies are unbelievable, especially when your getting a far far better product.

The onboarding experience has been exceptional, with Taylor Craven demonstrating a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to every request. Taylor's knowledge of the product has been invaluable. The system itself is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for my staff and administrators to navigate. I highly recommend the new facial recognition scanners over the traditional fingerprint style, as they offer a more seamless experience. Timecloud has truly been a game-changer for managing staff rosters and tracking job costs, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Run for the hills. Don't even consider this company. Such a shame, they offer competitive deals for mightyape customers. I lost connectivity five days ago, engaged with customer support, who really could not care less. Our bills are being paid so it doesn't bother them if we can't connect. Someone texts you asking for help? Can't respond. Someone breaks into your car? Can't call anyone. But MightyMobile have got your money and are "doing their best" to tell you they are doing their best for five days and making zero effort towards getting you reconnected. No offer of a refund, no offer of a new simcard, no notices put up on their website mentioning connectivity issues. Just a bunch of happy customer care consultants that are getting paid whether the service they claim to offer you is being provided or not. Sent them screenshots of the incorrect instructions they were sending me and I was assured that they were working really hard to rectify this. Still waiting. Save your time and money.

I hope I'll change my mind and eventually delete this someday (not sure if I could). I can't think of the last time I gave someone a bad review, but I swear I hate this app and everything about it! The app is buggy and kept failing to track my hours - so much for "100% accurate automatic time tracking" isn't it? Counterintuitive - from the desktop app to the website. I hate my Sunday night or Monday morning just because I have to suffer for a few hours to submit my timesheet - seeing the brand pisses me off bigtime. If not for work, there's no way I would use them. "Anti-surveillance time tracking" may sound amazing than it actually is - why would someone need privacy at work? If you love privacy that much, then don't work - ez! The question is, if they claim "100% accurate automatic time tracking" and you see a lot of reviews about missed hours, do they really do what they said it does?

Avoid these guys. You cant get hold of them there is no phone to call there is no chat (even though they say there is) they say they will contact you in 2 hours and dont and then in 7 or 8 hours and dont and them in 24 hours and dont. Give your blood pressure a treat and go elsewhere. I have been waiting 24hours with no internet and no help.

Such an easy to use app! The guys on site are using it and have come back with very little complaints about it. Being able to easily edit forms is such a game changer! Would recommend to others
