Promised delivery of Christmas gifts by December 17th. Like other people I was scammed. There is no way to contact the company, they haven’t answered emails.

Absolutely shocking company, purchased through black friday sales, Paid $20 shipping.. i thought ok fine, theres a couple of plushies in there.. Then get refunded for everything APART from a small drink bottle and a pair of socks.. and STILL get charged $20 shipping. ZERO replies to emails, or fb messages. buy elsewhere.

Ordered from this company and the package never arrived, and it was claimed it was lost in transit. However, I did get a full refund for the package once I contacted customer service. I let them know I had also put in chargeback comms with my bank, which may have helped facilitate a quick resolution.

I was very lucky to receive all my paid goods before xmas,even though i missed cut off date for postage...One of my products was unavailable ,and i was sent an updated and quality version. Melissa was lovely and my emails were answered within 2 days. Thanks Mylayby Happy Customer 😊
