I ordered the beginning of march and my order still hasn’t arrived. I sent an email asking where it is and I got one back saying it’s on its way and gave me the option to track it. When I tracked it, it said delivered 4 days ago.. where is my order??

I have bought from ezibuy for many years. About 20+ years. Never had a problem with them until now. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order.Just one garment that was in stock according to their website. It’s still pending 🤔Every few days I get an automated email to apologise. Last time I will ever buy from them again.

Excellent customer service and good products at decent prices! Sure they have cheaper quality stuff like any department store does, but if you buy the well-known brands they all perform as expected. Nice being able to walk into a store and have basically everything on display to view in person especially in today's online world!

EDIT UPDATE: I got my order! But I had to tell them I had informed my bank they were a scam company with no NZBN and repeatedly ask for my money back and that my bank was investigating them. After some emails saying they really wanted to keep my order, and then offering me 10% off, when I continued to say no and ask for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded, they sent the order the next day. (Despite saying they couldn't send it for 1 and a half weeks because of flooding or some such BS.) So keep hounding them. Ask to cancel your order and get your bank involved; you might get lucky. Good luck! __________ No order was received. This is what they sent me 1 month after I ordered from them to make me think that there was still something going to be delivered: Due to the high demand of the product, the shipping speed may be slower than usual as there might be a backlog at the local post office. Thus, the expected time of delivery will be delayed. Our company will pay close attention to the situation and update the latest progress in time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you bear with us. Rest assured that we are doing our best to deliver orders. The key thing in future is to check if there is a contact phone number and address, not just an email contact. It's right there on their website how obvious it is that it's a scam website. They didn't even bother to take out the places where they were supposed to insert key information. More fool me for not checking in more detail. I'll be more vigilant next time.
