Over a month ago I payed 93CHF for a framed poster. Never received it. Never got any information about the delivery status or order confirmation. They are scammers i bought a poster 2 weeks ago i heard nothing from them even tho they are online posting stuff one day i called the account he accidentally picked up hang up emidiantly when i said yo to get his attention he sayd yo back and goasted me again dont buy there product they are sammers DONT BUY if u want i can send prove with dm’s

I approached this crew since I needed some custom designed digital flyers for an event. They were just really helpful from the start and listened to my suggestions. Scammers ?!!
Sent me a dark poster looks nothing like the photos shown online can bearly see the people faces ect
Tried contacting to get the issue fixed
I tried calling emailing and Instagram DMs as well as TikTok where they are most popular and no response back after 3 weeks via any channel of contact
Tried to get the issue fixed warmed them of the laws and legislation they are breaking ect still no response so I’ll be asking my bank for help
