Called up to check an item was in stock, was told it's in stock, so bought it. A week later it has still not been dispatched, keep being given the run-around and told to wait for tracking details. Every day it's the same nonsense: wait for the tracking number that doesn't arrive. 7 days later the item has still not been dispatched - do they even have it in stock? I doubt it. Should be called AWFUL, they're certainly not awesome.

UPDATE: It seems Aosom were let down by Evri (not surprising, Evri are useless). My item was re-dispatched and delivered by DX who were fantastic. I'm very very very happy indeed with the product, it has surpassed all expectations in terms of quality. So, for quality of product, for great delivery by DX and for the fact that I could ring Aosom and speak to a person within a minute every single time I called, I'm upping my rating from a 1 to a 5. Fair is fair.

Steps were easy to assemble & are surprisingly sturdy, ideal for our elderly cat to reach sofa or bed without needing to jump so do their job perfectly.your site updated shipping details but unfortunately no communication from the delivery service, which was Amazon, & the driver was already driving away when I opened the door. Parcel left on doorstep in full view of passers-by, not ideal if no-one was home. Would have given 5* if not for this.
I see other posts about delivery issues, perhaps Aosom need to sort out this problem as it will affect us using the site. Sorry but need to know about delivery date/day/time

Very good quality chair! Got extra discount that helped- when chair arrived I was surprised how sturdy it was, it needed building up but was very straightforward to do. Took me an hour whilst watching TV & drinking a coffee.
Overall very comfy & best priced chair/quality build - was surprised how heavy it is (good sign of robustness).

Poor service / incomplete product

I purchased a shed for my daughter . We hired a professional to put the shed together for her . The doors to the shed were the wrong size and from a different product . We have been informed that they do not have the correct doors and are unable to supply them . After an initial offer of £15 for our trouble they offered a full refund if we had the shed dismantled and returned to them . After many emails they offered a full refund. We are left with a shed with no doors and have spent £220 on having the shed built . Now at further cost to ourselves we will have to pay for this shed to be dismantled and for someone to build a new one . This company seem to think that this acceptable. Looks like the only option is to take this to the small claims court .

Poor customer support

I ordered a weight bench as a main Christmas present for my son. When opened on Christmas Day there was no fixings so it could not be assembled. I have tried several days to secure a response but contacted Aosom via their app this morning. I have not heard anything since sharing my order details.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would . I'm so upset and disappointment. Currently sat here at almost 10pm on christmas eve trying to assemble a mini foosball table that I have bought my 7 year old. This is the only gift the he wanted that I could afford only to find out that I have been sent the wrong screws for the item so Im not able to assemble it and my little boy will be waking up to no present on Christmas mouring. To say that I distraught is an understament.

terrible i bought a divider for my…

terrible i bought a divider for my mother for her birthday hasn't arrived the tracking hasn't moved and all I keep getting from them is wait a bit longer been nearly 3 weeks Christmas next week so asking for my money back , for a UK company it shouldn't take 3 weeks for a divider to come

Unreliable Company

Kitchen Island unit, bought to go with Kitchen Island Unit 130 pounds, They claim was delivered, but not to me. Aosom used some obscure delivery company EDN never heard of them, picture on tracking was not like any houses around us (Live in Rural area) Postman and other delivery drivers say there is nothing like around us. Supposedly signed for!! Aosom response very poor 5 days later and they are "Reviewing" having had to fill out a non-receipt of Goods Form. I expect that that is 130 pounds I'll never see again!

Selling what's not available

Bought a unit via Amazon. Turns out Aosom were the supplier. Took my money but didn't actually have a unit to send. Given delivery date by Amazon but turns out that was a lie, confirmed by Amazon themselves. Aosom have given me a refund, took the money in seconds but will take 3-5 days to get my money back. No communication from Amazon or Aosom that the unit I purchased was not actually available. How is that for customer service.

Spent ages looking for some bar stools…

Spent ages looking for some bar stools and came across Aosom. They had exactly what I wanted at a good price. Took 3 days to deliver from ordering. Very impressed with the quality and the delivery comms.

Don’t buy anything from this firm paid…

Don’t buy anything from this firm paid a 1000 quid for a hardtop gazebo only to find out it only has a 6 month warranty on it been in touch with them cos I had a problem only to b told it’s out of warranty so thanks but no thanks shocking service b very careful when buying anything from them it was a outside sunny gazebo and to top it off they don’t do spears for it so it’s useless now
