Beautiful pieces, unfortunately one of the rings had the stone falling off after two days of wearing it. One of the necklaces is way too long for its style so doesn’t look good or as the picture on the web and doesn’t have an option for making it shorter (my neck is quite regular). Except that all other pieces are amazing, i get tons of compliments and the shipment got to me quicker than expected.

I love the pieces I got, they are absolutely beautiful, the ring fitted well, the necklace was all that I hoped for and more, my only problem was that the bracelet was too big, and I didn't like the long adjustable chain, but overall I loved it!!!

My husband gave me their Advents Calendar for Christmas. It was so cute when I opened it. I have been wearing them and it has bearly been a month and half of the rings are turning my fingers GREEN! it's so cheap made. They have accordinf to this 1 Year Warranty but when we wrote them they Sent us a link to send the faulty items back for exchange. We live in Germany so the shipping cost for sending the rings back would be 20€. Which I'm not willing to pay to get another ring that will get my finger green in a month. There are other brands with this quality that are way cheaper. I do not recommend this webpage.

I initially found Beautiful Earth when looking for a wedding gift for my friend (her something blue). And found lovely peacock earrings which my friend adored. They have beautiful inquire pieces and as someone bee to wearing jewelry I appreciated that. It made me want to wear jewelry more because the pieces were different and more my style.

Customer service was excellent. Really good. Package arrived quickly - jewellery in nice boxes so can gift them. Small fault with one earring and a replacement sent out immediately without the fuss of me having to return one earring as proof of fault - just a photo. I like the earrings and rings. The necklaces and bracelets were a little thin for my preference - I prefer a bit of thickness to chains. But I gave a couple of pieces to my teenage daughter and she liked them!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from this store. The item I received was drastically overpriced compared to similar products available on platforms like Temu or AliExpress, where they cost just a fraction of the price.
The so-called "pearls" were fake and of very low quality, nothing like the product shown in the misleading photos on their website. The description was equally deceptive, designed to trick customers into thinking they're buying something valuable.
Adding to the frustration, they don't allow honest reviews to be posted if they're negative, and they refuse to process returns. This store is a complete scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid wasting their money here.

My shipment was lost in the mail due to not realizing the shipping address that pre populated was 13 years old when I bought something long before. They re-shipped and replaced my items when they didn't have to and were extremely nice. Regardless of people on here talking about quality, as far as trust goes their service is amazing, they deserve 5 stars.
