The Kai Shun Santoku knife was purchased as a present for my wife and I must say she was elated with the balance and of course sharpness. A little more delicate than a traditional European knife however I would highly recommend.

Ordered specifically because they offered next day delivery…which didn’t happen. So pre Xmas gift was not delivered in time. Product is fabulous, service not so much. Had I known there would be delay I would have had the parcel delivered elsewhere.
