I just got the roles, 12/4/24, I have not used them yet, but jumping with regular ropes was good for me so I know what the two ropes I got will do.

Will taking our business elsewhere
The ropes I ordered took almost 3 weeks to arrive. I called the customer service number and spoke to a rep and told they would be shipped out the next day. I called the next day and asked if they were shipped out. He said no. He said they would ship out the day after that. He kept postponing the shipping date every time I called. It was horrible customer service and the people that work there are full of lies.
