Excellent website, great prices and lovely products. The team at charlies did an amazing job of packing fragile glass baubles, everything arrived quickly, and in all were safe and sound, despite it being a mixed order of items including a seriously heavy bag of bird food. I can always rely on charlies for their prompt service.
Charlies' is a good 40 miles away from ourselves, but we'll worth it always. Everything, we find is quality and staff are very happy to help with anything however small
At Christmas we always enjoy the effort that goes into making the experience festive, and there's always something different you just don't find anywhere else

Excellent website easy to view and order your choice of tree. I paid for express delivery and it was worth it. The tree itself is beautiful, you have to spread the braches out but once done it looks fabulous. I went for the lit Christmas tree which means no faffing around with lights and their cords. Highly recommend Charlie's.
Thieves and liars. Delivering an empty box. Lying to customers stating Royal Mail take 30 days to investigate when, it’s actually 14days. Staff don’t answer straight questions. They prefer to lie and hoodwink customers. Thieves by any other name Refusing to refund despite paying £119 for an empty Blundstone box.

I bought a Joseph Bentley pruning set and this was definitely the best price I could find and I spent ages checking. The postage costs were good and I was emailed when the item was despatched and it arrived a couple of days later. They will certainly be on my list the next time I need anything. Top marks.

this was my first order with Charles direct.I placed my order on the 10/10/2011 @21.27pm I went through the system of opening an account and payment was taken.the following day at 5.16pm I was notified by e.mail that they were out of stock and other items were offered,but with their del.charges it came out a lot more expensive and much dearer than their competitors.I then e.mailed with this info.and cancelled the order ,they were fairly prompt in crediting my money.Surely they can put a system in that would have stopped this transaction taking place in the first case,by showing the product to be out of stock on the web site.But i did order from garden for less with free delivery and a much lower base price.

Purchasing was simple and the price for what was a branded item (easy to compare) was alot cheaper than elsewhere. The item was delivered by courier the next day, well packaged and exactly as requested.

The ottoman I ordered arrived one week after I placed the order. Only downside was that online tracking system did not appear to work. After calling to check about delivery, was told that the item was being dispatched from an outside supplier. Efficient and friendly service on the phone. Very pleased with the Dovedale ottoman - excellent value for money.

What can i say except that this company offered me the items i wanted at by far the best price available and for a rediculosly cheap postage and packaging price !! From ordering to receiving the goods took three days and i was kept informed throughout !! Next time i need anything for the garden i'll know where to shop !!!

This company is brilliant. I ordered one item which was the best value I could find on the internet- already off to a great start there. They let me pay with PayPal which made paying really simple for me. They kept me informed about delivery with e-mail- such as telling me when the item was dispatched, I missed the first delivery attempt so they e-mailed me to let me know when it would be redelivered or information on where I collect the item. The item was redelivered today and everything was perfect. Honestly, I think this is the best company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with- I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Needed some mesh to replace the weak and damaged chicken wire on our rabbit hutch so purchased two sheets of galvanised mesh. It was despatched quickly and was exactly what it looked like on the picture. It is far more secure and much stronger than chicken wire and will keep our rabbits safe from predators.
It was also more than £3 cheaper than another firm for exactly the same product. Would difinitley recommend charliesdirect and will not hesitate to use them again.

I bought a pair of Dunlop wellies and they were delivered on the following day from when I placed the order, I could not believe it and I only paid for standard delivery! The wellies were a gift and the quality when they arrived was brilliant and at those prices, what more could you want. The courier emailed before delivery so I knew to be in for my parcel to arrive and when speaking to Charlies Direct, they were very helpful and friendly with good advice.
