Great comp to order off Charies was great ! delivery company they use. Completely different story paid extra £10 to get item delivered on Saturday as only day in . Had a email Saturday morning say item out for delivery ! Thought great stuff then had another email 30 min later stating sorry we missed you please arrange delivery for. A week day . 1 no one came to my house as I have a ring door bell two they lied saying they carded me which they dident . 3 when speaking to there customer service I was just fobed off asked for refund in my deliver charge was told that they could not refund .

Not overly fast delivery but definitely not slow!
The ladies fleece ( which I noticed on M&S website) was out of stock when the price comparison popped up for Charlie's, I had not heard of them before but it didn't stop me from buying 3 of them two for me and one for my sister! The delivery arrived promptly and we kept 2 of them - I didn't like the colour of one of the fleeces but after a quick phone call the return label was issued and refund arrived shortly afterwards. Easy. I would recommend them to anyone. For service and quality items. I will always be checking Charlie's for items I need now I know them in the future. Thanks
