Honestly, this is the best solution for sms automations. I strongly recommend i’ve tested many other softwares and nothing more user-friendly than ClickSend SMS.

They locked me out my account without telling me.

Their customer service is diabolical, their tech too, and they don't seem to care too much.

Apparently, I sent the most mild j
oking text messages to myself, yes myself, when I was learning how to use the service. Not even the mildest swear words.

I then sent a text out to many former clients and people who attended my live workshops.

They then decided to shut down my account and will not give it back to me no matter how much I reason with them and plead. I even offered to only message the people who have already messaged me, they wouldn't listen or care.

And you can't get anyone on the phone to save yourself.

They have stressed me senseless, on a day I'm spending thousands on Google ads, I need to be delivering a 3 1/2 hour live Webinar, to hopefully hundreds in a few hours.

I should have made make six figures out of this over the next 12 months with upsells.

Now I need to scramble to find another provider and do all the tech and figure that out just to send a simple message to the people who signed up

I have 80 or so Messages I need to reply to, I've been waiting 4 1/2 hours already.

Mass embarrassment. More ten of thousands of revenue threatened

Bad at SMS and bad at customer service.

Cowboys.
I was with SMS Broadcast and, everything was good. They closed and ClickSend took over and carried my credit across.
My first experience with CS was New Year’s Eve. I sent maybe 25 messages and set them to be delivered at 11:59. Perfect for a Happy New Year.
None of the messages went out until gone 5am!! Pretty much totally missing the point of a HNY message and annoying a lot of my friends by waking them up at 5am!

I contacted the company and was told NYE is busy so that’s why the messages were delayed. No real apology. No attempts to put things right. Just telling me that NYE was a busy one. Not a huge shock really!!
I’ve since asked them for a my money back and they refused.

By the way, I’m not asking for a refund on all the messages that they messed up. Just a refund on what money is in my account with them.

Just got an email from the sales director. Again, no apology. No attempts to put things right etc.

He also told me that they don’t give refunds. He also told me if I took my money back to SMS BROADCAST I wouldn’t get my money back either.
So they’ve failed on the two most important areas -
1. Delivery of messages
2. Customer service

As long as these two things aren’t remotely of interest to you then carry on and use them. Otherwise stay well clear.

Awful service

Awful service, urls, alpha tags need to be approved, was told 15 minutes, didn't work, then messaged support about urls, have to get individual urls approved, then you have to message for alpha tags, when all their other companies they own and operate do not require registration, was told to fill out a form, will be approved in a hour, I asked if it could be quicker he said 15 mins, then said 24 hours, they have already costed me huge amounts of money with all this approval processes fro ridiculous things, why not just verify the whole account so you not its not a scam company, waste of time and service, do not recommend

Transcendentally Awful Cost Me Thousands On Day !

I understand your frustration due to the Suspension of your account. We are bound by Industry regulations to prevent any messages with unsuitable content to be cancelled due to their content as were your initial messages.
However the suspension has been lifted due to the revised campaign content.

Database upload is very difficult

Database upload is very difficult, requiring breakdown of addresses into city, state, zip. They system should be able to do this on its own. Multiple glitches and hang-ups during project creation process.

MasterCard debit card unable to be added to profile

My MasterCard debit card that works everywhere else does not work when trying to add to my profile to allow me to top off my balance. No one can solve this issue. I keep getting warning emails from customer support that I need to add funds to my balance while I am working with technical support to allow my debit card to be added to my account. Very poor internal communication.

The card I am attempting to use is the only card we have for our club and it is active. We use it on a regular basis.

Sorry to hear you have had some difficulties loading your Credit Card - I can see that our Technical team have been in touch and were working to find out why it would not load - we normally can see why - and as its not visible in our System there may be an issue with the card - that has arisen.

I suggest trying another one- we have loaded a few to your account without issue so thinking maybe that as a Club someone may have cancelled the card or other as a suggestion.

They tell you its pay as you go

They tell you its pay as you go, then after you try to send SMS they tell you that you have to pay a monthly fee and sign up for a Temporary phone #. Had I known that it was monthly and not "Pay as you go" I would not have filled up. Misleading information.
