A total lack of communication between customer and client. I thought I was going to sit in an office and discuss the best plan of action and different hairlines that would suit. Instead pay. Doctor reaches over not even looking straight on and draws the same hairline for every single person. He then puts the grafts In Straight uniform lines and a hairline with no irregularities at all. Spaced out like he used a ruler. I love to take him to a field of green grass and actually explain how nature works. You see that field see the blades if grass see the way it's all complete random the trees everything is Chaotic that's how nature works. See them trees all planted in a straight line humans done that. I'm fecking raging. My original hair grow lower down than the new hairline. I'm left shaving my hairline with a razor and using my wife concealer to hid this mess. I didn't even want a hairline I wanted it looking natural not like a 18 year old only an inch higher on a 42 year old man. Tbh I didn't want a hairline at all I just wanted stubble on my head. I wasn't expecting miracles I'll always have my hair shaved no1. I'll have to hide for a whole year before I can go to a reputable clinic that actually knows what the customer wants by asking questions.

This was my second visit to Clinic Centre, so if you back again, then they must be doing something right, right?!

Hair transplant number 2 to get a thicker head of hair, after number 1 gave me an awesome hairline and the base for what's to come.

On top of the excellent, skilled trichologists, the journey was seamless as ever. My points of contact thus time - Alara and Ismail. Honestly, these two wonderful people made the whole process a breeze. Great customer service, informative and quick to answer any questions or queries. So I'd just like to thank you both for all of your help, you are a credit to yourselves and Clinic Centre!

The last day in Turkey on Clinic Center
The last day in Turkey, where I started a procedure called "Hollywood Smile" at the Clinic Center" From the first contact (Alara) who was in permanent contact and gave me all the necessary information, to the one who was the coordinator and took care that everything was in order (Ismail Karadag) it was a smooth and very pleasant experience. The result is over i was expected .The people here are not just doing their job, they are very open and welcoming... I am looking forward to returning in for the last part of the procedure.I have already recommended the clinic to other friends... and I personally had another intervention (removal of bags under the eyes) It seems like this place is addictive

I went with clinic centre as I wanted a tummy tuck, breast uplift and implants. I ended up choosing clinic centre due to the great reviews. I was abit unsure about going out of the country I live in for surgery but it was amazing from start to finish. They are very kind and fast at responding to any queries. The hotel was lovely, we stayed at the volley hotel, Istanbul. The clinic where I had the surgery was great, most could speak English. Very professional and if I ever want anything doing again. I will definitely be going back with clinic centre. The results from my surgery are great and I feel more confident in my body already. I recently had had my hair transplant through them and it had been a fantastic customer experience since the start. Like most people I was very depressed losing hair and it made a big impact to my confidence but at the same time, I was scared to go for a transplant for the very images and videos of this procedure scared me. I contacted several clinics before finalising on this one and I am totally glad I did.

From the pre procedure to post procedure including the whole end to end has been outstanding and it’s been a month now since I did it and waiting for the results as they have said it will take 4-6 months to even see the change.

I have to mention, Misra from post procedure support team was incredibly helpful and supportive on my journey. She has been patient and kind to listen and help me with my questions as a patient and for me that’s a major reason I am glad I chose this centre too.

Now waiting with my fingers crossed to see the results.

I had a face, neck lift and eyelid lift. It was very scary but the care that I have received has been absolutely amazing. I have had the best care possible both before and after the surgery. Im still bruised and swollen but it’s definitely improving daily.

I've use clinic centre three times now, they are a great company everything went smoothy from start to finish.. they make all the arrangements they guide you through everything from the moment I arrive to I came home..

The whole process from start to finish is well organised and executed. Everyone is so helpful. The clinic is great, you have an interpreter who will explain everything to you, and then somebody will look after your aftercare and check your progress regularly.

Clinic centre has been absolutely amazing! From my very first interaction via WhatsApps to getting off the plane, before, during and after surgery even down to arriving back in the uk they have been outstanding. I would highly highly recommend!

The person who I spoke to Kutay yildiz from the very start of my journey was great he was amazing at answering every question I had for him. When I arrived everything was sorted taxis hotel procedure.
The clinic was amazing so clean and new the staff were friendly (don't speak much English so keep google translate handy). They accommodated my chaperone extremely well.
The Procedure went very well I arrived home and had the after care team member called Anil message me and made sure I was doing the correct things after the surgery . Thanks all
