Have just applied for a refund from my credit card - ordered on 9 December with confirmation and a 3-10 day despatch window. Chased via email on 21st but no reply and now the website has disappeared and the links in my confirmation email no longer work. Do not order from Coa Living!

Surprised to find any reviews for COA living. I placed my order almost a month ago, got a few emails to acknowledge order and getting ready to ship. But after another 10 days…outside their guaranteed delivery….no order arrived, no one answering phone or email. Avout to contact American Express for refund….do not buy from this company.

Take your money and leave you hanging. Ridiculous inaccurate delivery updates
Emailed endless times, calls never connect as it seems they are never open and live chat is either closed or ignored.
Its a money making scam
Website now removed so anyone effected will have to contact the source of payment for assistance
Luckily my Bank immediately refunded after opening a case!

Going by my experience and the reviews on here from others, this is very clearly a scam. You buy an item, it gets 'lost' or 'damaged' in transit, you wait for a replacement that doesn't arrive, ask for a refund that doesn't come (despite having been sent a credit note) and then you slowly get ghosted. I tried them on two different email addresses and only ever received replies on a handful of occasions from 'Dan' or 'Oliver' the supposed customer services team. I am now being completely ignored. We bought an item costing £95 on a company account in July and we still haven't had our money back. I've reported this to Trading Standards and if you've had a bad experience I suggest you do too. They can't be allowed to get away with ripping people off.

Do not buy from COAcLiving

Very clearly a scam

Worst company ever!

Order two taps and had an expected delivery of 7-10 working days. It has now been over 2 weeks since I placed the order. I’ve asked where my delivery is on the online chat, they said it would be delivered on the 26th November. 1st December and still no delivery. I had my plumber waiting to install, it has cost me more money and we no longer need the taps now and are just wanting a refund, which nobody is now returning my calls or emails. I expressed my concerns after seeing bad reviews on here and they reassured me by saying do not trust what you see online, well please trust these reviews! Worst company ever. Do not buy from them unless you want to be robbed!

If I wasn't contacting them daily they would 100% be keeping my money for £350 of returned goods

Terrible. Placed an order back in August. It arrived 2 weeks too late to be fitted in my bathroom so I returned it. I'm still FIGHTING to get a refund that was promised the day after the return. Appalling way to run a business - If I wasn't contacting them daily they would 100% be keeping my money for £350 of returned goods. But I'm not giving up.

Ordered , got a text to confirm order , item arrived within ten day timeframe , beautifully bubble wrapped, item as expected and great value !

Was worried due negative reviews on this site but product arrived as expected !

Do not use. I paid for 2 items over 5 weeks ago. Neither have arrived. Have now raised a dispute with my credit card company. This website is a scam.

Unfortunately I've got to leave a bad…

Unfortunately I've got to leave a bad review. Our first and second orders went smoothly but our third ordered hasn't been delivered for over 8 weeks. Can't get any response from email or on the phone. It's like I've got to accept I have lost my money. Not acceptable they should be hold accountable.

Ordered a tap that stated 3 to 10 day…

Ordered a tap that stated 3 to 10 day shipping. After 10 days I emailed them and got a response within hours saying the tap would be shipped in another 4 days. This did not happen I Emailed them and left phone messages for 2 days without a reply. I finally sent them a Email cancelling the order 21 days after the order was placed giving the above reasons for the cancellation. I got a answer the following day stating the order was cancelled and I would get my refund within 10 days.

DO NOT USE - we placed an order that did not arrive. No answer to phonecalls or emails. After a bit of investigation they have recently changed name to AMARI BATHROOMS - Recently registered at the same address and still doing business.

Worst company!!

We didn’t recieve our items and are still trying to get money back. They rarely answer the phone or respond to emails leaving you clueless of delivery date.
This is a fraudulent company with a decent website. Don’t buy from here!!!

Complete SCAM

Complete SCAM, received nothing don't respond to emails, don't answer phones. Have to get money back via credit card company, how are these people allowed to continue trading and advertising online, it's beyond me.

Don't deserve any stars

Don't deserve any stars. Ordered a tap in July, told that the delivery to them was delayed. Heard nothing for another month so cancelled and requested a refund. No refund, chased and was told 3-5 days that was in early September. Emailed and messaged but still no refund. Don't use this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. They didn’t deliver my mirror and when I eventually cancelled the order and asked for a refund they have failed to refund any of my money. Essentially thieves.

Awful customer service,avoid

Awful customer service,bought a shower screen earlier this year,it has leaked ever since fitting, refitted and sealed every possible place I could think of but it still allows water to leak, tried ringing coa but no answer,I emailed and they asked for a video for proof so I sent but no response and since that they have ignored every email I've sent since, I'm not looking at a huge bill to replace the shower screen,the tea that'll like be damaged whilst removing the screen and the damage to the flooring caused by the leak. Awful company to deal with

Lies, lies and more lies

Absolutely appalling customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order and after chasing for an update as I had heard nothing for 2 weeks I was told it was delayed due to a shipping container incident (seems a common thread reading other reviews) and that the order would be dispatched soon. I wanted another two weeks and still no update - I have eventually had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back after being told I could have refund and not receiving one for over 3 weeks.

They never answer the phone and take weeks to respond to emails - clearly no dedicated customer service team and have no idea how to run a business.

Plenty of other retailers who sell the same hardware for a similar price and who can be trusted. I went to Bella Bathrooms instead and they were great.

Terrible terrible company DO NOT USE

Terrible terrible company. Wish I had read Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12 August ...still waiting. It seems like they are telling their usual lies ie that it is due in the next container.
I am appalled that companies can be so untrustworthy and opaque. They are not picking up phone or answering emails. This company should be reported to an ombudsman and they should not be allowed to trade
