I was looking for Grohe kitchen faucet spout replacement. I googled and found ConsumersPlumbing's website. Their website is easy to use, and their price is way better than Grohe's own website. USPS delivery was no frill. I purchased the Grohe faucet twice, and I will not buy another warranty is getting worse. Thanks goodness for ConsumersPlumbing for making it tolerable, so I don't need to be bothered by calling Grohe's customer service.

I do not recommend doing business with this company ever. My Maintenance Engineer ordered a hot water heater on line using the company credit card as authorized. When he called to find out the delivery time, the women accused him of fraud because he didn't know the zip code on the credit card. The woman Tammy called me to verify but I was in a meeting. When I called back they refused to sell me the hot water heater because they said we are flagged as fraud. We have bought from this company before and they can verify but refused to do so. I even called the owner Rick Brenner and he said it is policy not to sell to us because the maintenance person at first gave the wrong zip code. I

Easy to navigate Consumers Plumbing's website. Ordered a replacement part that I needed. Found the cost of the part was more reasonably priced compared to other sources. Opted for regular shipping. The replacement part arrived in a few days.
My plumbing issue was quickly resolved, hence a very happy customer!

Great on line service ,always kept informed when heater will be shipped & arrives. Picked up the heater today & the guys were well professionally with service , box was in great shape not like other carriers I’ve seen , keep up the great work & I’ll definitely use consumers supply again. Thank you so much for the Grohe that I ordered. I appreciated that you had a comparison of the model number of our Grohe faucet, nearly 20 years old, with what would work with it now. It's perfection! The order and delivery were very very simple. Took me 2 minutes to install. And much cheaper than what Amazon was offering because they didn't have the comparison of the model numbers.

I needed a replacement part for a Grohe shower fixture. While my current equipment is discontinued, there was a part that will work perfectly. The first offer was order a part that would be available in February.....OR search for other secondary market stock ....OR we have this item in stock......I went with the one in stock to avoid additional delay and hassle. So great to have options! Parking in front was a bonus, too! Thank you!

Ordered several products and realized I had ordered a product in error. I returned those items ordered by mistake. I assumed I would be charged a restocking fee, but was pleasantly surprised when I wasn’t. I received my refund as soon as they received my return items!

I am very pleased with my purchase of my Peerless boiler online. I ordered the Boiler after a e-mail to Kenny . Kenny was the reason I chose to purchase my boiler from your company. The Burnham Cast Iron Radiator & Side Covers shipped very quickly, and was packaged & bubble wrapped extremely well to prevent damage. Very Happy, just need to get it installed now....

The furnace I purchased was sent very quickly from their location. It arrived in my area by LTL within two days which was confirmed by tracking. I waited a week for a delivery call. I finally contacted the LTL and set up a delivery. The skid arrived the next day without damage. The furnace was installed and works great. Consumers Plumbing did a great job getting the product shipped, it was the local LTL that I felt dropped the ball on shipping.

This was a referral from my bldg engineer. The person on my initial call was so courteous and helpful. The order process was user friendly and when I made a second call to change to needing a delivery they offered next day. The price was fantastic.

A superior experience - this company is fantastic. My internet order was filled the same day and shipped! (It delivered early too!) I had a question about the shipment on a Saturday afternoon, (almost 5 pm in Chicago) and Kenny in customer service returned my e-mail within an hour of sending it! This will be my first stop for plumbing fixtures in the future.
