Well did not understand this time how they came to their decision to the sum offered.?? Last time same situation verbally had a better outcome.
This time it was more than headache to even having to apply! No response. Too many people asking the questions regarding information needed. And never completing request. I had to re- send over and over email to try to have answer. VERY MUCH SO DISSAPOINTED IN WHOLE ISSUE. BUT in a great needs to had to aggree to it.
I have excellent customer service experience whenever I call the branch staff are very polite and happy to help with my enquiries. My experience with this company they gave hundred percent staff satisfaction by making sure you inquiry is being solved before you get off the phone. . I’m very grateful to credit union. they helped me to handle my finance very well. I don’t know what to say. They are just hundred percent the best right now thank you very much Credit Union..
