I liked the process overall, and I received a more than acceptable outcome, the management of the enquiry through to settlement was excellent. sometimes a little hard to get someone on the phone to talk to, but very happy with the service that was provided overall. would use them again..

Took a very long time. My loan was 21k but when you include your commission, my loan was actually 24780. Very horrible experience overall. I am now paying 170 pw for 5 years for a 20k car.
