Bad treatment recommendation
Their recommendation of treatment undid all the work that I did with a massage therapist (for which they didn't want to pay). Although I insisted that their treatment did provoke me more pain in the past, they didn't care.

Consider other health insurance options
Unfortunately, I am stuck with them because this is my company's insurance, otherwise I would have already changed them.
The employees that are treating the cases, do not understand the difference between a described symptom to a doctor and a doctor diagnosis. They try to avoid costs and instead of helping the customers they create more issues with back and forth communication for simple referral cases to specialists.
I had other insurances in the past and I never faced such a bad service!
Not to mention that their webpage system is ridiculous. It was crushing during claim due to server issues, the links that are sending by email do not work.

Dear Trine,
Problems arise when your company tries to find windows in the policy for not covering simple maters like referrals to specialists.
I am not in a situation where I am not covered. I have coverage for referral to specialists. But you took one word from the referral where my symptoms were described to my general doctor and you came with a diagnosis which you decided that is not included in the coverage.
So please do not say that you feel sorry about the experience that your customers are facing, since you are creating this experience.
And sorry to say but the help that you are claiming your health team is offering is useless. We can call public specialists ourselves and book appointments, we do not need a mediator.
Moreover, I tried to come to a dialogue with you but your response was if I disagree with the policy I can raise a claim. So this is what you get... a claim and a review from my side. If you wanted to enter in a dialogue and really solve the problem you would have contacted me even after this review, but apparently you only care about your picture.
Lastly, it would be great if your company's response to claims would be as fast as your replies in the reviews.

Recently had some really bad pain in my lower back and I had to go to a fisio therapist, not only that the insurance was covering the cost but I was able to make an appointment the same day, can't wish for anything else.

Useless website, bad customer experience
They send me a bill of 300 kr with a threat to cancel my account in three weeks. The bill has no account to send the money to. I log on to the website. There is no way to see my bills on the website. I call and am on hold for 40 minutes. Customer service person was very short with me. She says she'd send me the original bill so I can understand what this 300 kroner charge is. The PDF she sends me has nothing to do with the charge. When I try to ask questions, she cuts me off and says to send questions about the charge to the email. The email is a generic e-mail. I don't expect a response.

Heart disease down prioritized
Amazing how heart disease is not taken seriously. Referred by my GP for sudden irregular heart rhythm, for which my GP couldn't identify a reason. DSS refused to treat, as this wasn't covered in their terms! Amazing that DSS don't understand the reason for being referred to a specialist....It's because the GP can't identify the problem and needs a specialist opinion. What concerns me the most, is that 13% of all deaths in DK are from sudden cardiac death.....how can a health insurance not take heart disease seriously!!
