After 7 weeks only received part of my order and no furniture yet. No information that this is in or out of stock it just says processing. They have not acknowledged several tickets I've submitted. So maybe that £700 is lost . Quality to bedding sheets I DID receive is so-so. High threadcount satin feels soft but does feel thin and I can see the off-white tint of duvet through the pure white sheet. Satin bedspread looks nice but feels cheapy synthetic and the fabric has already started to pill.

This is a tricky review to write, Dusk as a company has some great products that we love, and we've used them multiple times, the main issue is their shipping.

We've paid for next day delivery,
had it arrive 3 weeks later, Dusk have always been good and returned the cost of next day delivery when this happens, it just shows how busy they are.

I hope they manage the logistics sides a bit better, all of our bed sets, towels are from Dusk and are a great quality. As I write this review, we're currently awaiting another delivery from them, as you can tell, good products, subpar delivery.

Such great quality items at such bargain prices. I cant believe the quality for the price. Just excellent. Everthing I ordered I am delighted with. Such a great store and fabulous products, I will most definitely be returning often for lovely home furnishings and soft furnishings. Great choice, superb quality and fast delivery. Love it.

Beautiful bedding- love the waffle duvet cover (so white!) and the pom-pom edged pillow cushions look both sophisticated and cosy! Dusk products have upgraded the look of our bedroom.

Don't buy from this company unless you…



Don't buy from this company unless you like to have to chase for orders and refunds with no reply.

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with.

Ordered a dining table and chairs in November. We got given a date of 23rd December. This then got shifted to the 30th December.

This passed so I emailed for an update and a reply was pretty quick and said I would get a further update. A few days later I got an update saying the new date would be the 4th March.

I instantly replied saying I would like to cancel my order and requested a refund. I had no reply. I emailed again and waited. Still nothing.

I then instructed my credit card to initiate a charge back.

While waiting I was looking around and found a phone number for there customer services. I finally got through to someone after short wait. I told them my issues and they said they would request a refund for me.

7 days later the refund has hit my account. I have now gone to Oak Furniture land. We may have spent a bit more. But it's clearly a more reputable company.

If anyone is having issues. Please call them on 0113 519 0311. They don't like advertising this. Probably due to how poor they are. You only have to look on their social media site to see how many angry customers they have.

Also on here. They only reply to the good reviews. Hard to believe they have any.

Please don't buy from here.

Still have not received goods 2 months on

I still haven’t received either of my beds 2 months after ordering…very little communication just a lot of vague generic emails….as I can see a lot of the reviews have been replied to with a generic response!

Phone lines are now back open just to let everyone know! I called and was told I have one complete bed sitting at Rhrnus Delivery and they are missing the fourth box and cannot locate….issues with scanning?!🤔

So rather than send me at least one of my beds so my son has his new bed, they continue to let it languish in a warehouse until they locate the 4th box…

Dusk you are fraudsters and should not be in business or continuing to sell products…hopefully trading standards will catch up with you!!!

Would like a refund

I ordered a rug on 11th December which…

I ordered a rug on 11th December which never arrived, I thought I’d order a small item before ordering a bed to see how long it takes and service, As I did not hear from them and it was over 10 days I then emailed them for them to tell me they have had a delay but it’s all ok now and they will get back to me, after more then another god knows how many days of not hearing from them I emailed back they emailed back saying they still don’t have an update- they could not even be bothered to contact me to let me know. I then asked for a refund immediately, they then said in 72 hours someone will contact me to arrange a refund, I could not believe after waiting for god knows how long they are telling me not that I would get refunded or any sort of gesture of goodwill, their telling me to wait another 72 hours? Honestly one of the worse experiences WOULD NOT ORDER and don’t expect them to contact you if there’s a delay they will just wait until you contact them regardless of how long it is, absolutely shocking. Extremely disappointing.

We ordered a bed during their November…

We ordered a bed during their November sale due to be dispatched in 10 working days; as of the 15th January this has not arrived.

However they confirmed dispatch of the bed in mid December, had us book in with their courier service only for no time-slot to be assigned to us, no contact from the courier, no contact from Dusk and no bed frame arrived on the delivery day. Courier’s automated site advises: contact manufacturer.

Several days later, no way to contact Dusk other than via email, and we sent several. Christmas came and went with no update and the finance plan began taking their first payment. Dusk then sent us a generic apology email that they were looking into it. Since then we have chased regularly for updates and hear nothing, not even an acknowledgement of our emails.

Do not buy from this company!!!!!

This company is an absolute joke and I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from them. Placed an order in December, still yet to recieve. 2 orders in January on ‘next day delivery’ and haven’t received. Don’t reply to your emails and have turned their phone line off. They will happily send ‘influencers’ on instagram free items to promote but can’t send their customers what they’ve paid for. If you can’t handle the level of orders then don’t accept more till you’re up to date. For the last 6 months everyone on social media has slated them but not done anything to make their customer service any better or fulfill orders. I’m currently writing up a complaint and providing evidence to trading standards as the level of customer service appaling.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WANT AN ACTUAL BED DELIVERED

We ordered the Madison Ottoman Bed in Stone Grey as part of Dusks ‘limited time’ sale on 27th December despite the fact the sale then gets ‘extended’, but that’s a different story!

Delivery time of 10 days was quoted and the bed was delivered to us on the 4th Jan, great news!

However, on 5th January, we opened the boxes to find 7 parts missing, despite us checking inside the headboard just as recommended on Dusks website.

First thing on 6th January, we called Dusk to inform them of this, whilst also sending an email to request the parts. The lady on the phone informed us that there is no stock available now until March, despite us seeing the option on their website to order the bed and have it delivered in 10 days. We requested a collection and refund on the same call, to which we were promised this would be the case.

Here we are 9 days later, after managing to contact Dusk on 13th January to be told the return was never logged! We have still received no contact on this return and remain sleeping on the floor, for nearly 2 weeks now!!

Good luck trying to contact them, as they love to just shut their phone lines down on any given day. Sounds to me like a bunch of con men not able to fulfil orders and just want to hold your funds! Absolute joke!

Bed sent missing parts

Bed sent missing parts, instructions missing and incorrect parts, no customer support number, 72 hour standard email response time, which was automated and repeated the same question when we eventually got a response. Buy with caution!!!!

Zero Customer Service

I am not normally a one for writing reviews but feel I need too as the way this company operates is very poor. I noticed on reading some reviews here it appears my problems are similar to others and therefore it is not a one off issue. I initially placed and order for two items and for some reason the items got sent out separately which in itself wasn’t a problem but assuming more costly for the company to process. The second item was the wrong item which I immediately made contact with the company to resolve the issue. I got an automated response which asked for photographic information on what was sent which again I sent immediately. I then sent several follow up emails asking about the best way to receive the correct item and return what I was sent. It went on that long that I just triggered a return via the website. I have since returned the item and again I have had zero correspondence from the company. Despite my better judgement I had intended to have no further dealings with this company however I placed an order for the item I didn’t receive previously as it did look to be a quality item. As of yet I have still not received the follow up order and it is still getting processed.

As others have said the quality of items and the general visual online shopping experience naturally draws customers in. What is crucial for an online business is clear effective communication especially when dealing with issues and on this you can’t even rate the customer service as you just don’t get any. Hopefully I will find closure in my issues soon and then I will definitely not be a returning customer unless a major overhaul of the front end customer touch points is put in place.

Delivery has gone back and no contact…

Delivery has gone back and no contact for a new delivery. Not nice having to sleep on a floor because your delivery drivers don't call you or even pick up their phones to give you an approximate eta to be in, so here I am thanks DUSK for leaving me without a bed. Absolutely disgusting service never again. So bad I have to ring my bank to cancel the payment as no one has bothered to contact to say when bed would be delivered.

Order didn't arrive

Placed order 2nd Jan - Order never arrived. Raised it with Dusk through their website more than 10 days ago - no response from Dusk. Raised a query with Evri - they advised me to ask other people in my household (I live alone) and ask my neighbours (no one has it) and then they say they will let Dusk know. Spent a lot of money on an order that's just disappeared into thin air.

You get what you pay for… the quality…

You get what you pay for… the quality is pretty average. The towels are anything but plush and the one we opened was falling apart. We’ve sent them back and have no idea what’s happening with the refund… it’s been well over a week since returned. It’s not the first poor experience with Dusk but I keep getting sucked in by the discounts. The fitted bed sheet is reasonable and that’s about it.

Very simply
received email saying delivery expected by jan 8th. Order never received, no further communication

I have had to buy products from another source as I was moving into a property

customer service is non existent. this has not been a good experience and I will not be recommending your company to my friends and colleagues

I simply want my money refunded.
