I sent XRP to Easycrypto with the wrong tag memo..
I didn't realize this and I was curious that why the money isn't transferred to my bank account for 3hours.
I emailed the helpdesk what happened.
They emailed me back that they can't help it because the tag number is totally wrong which is my stupid mistake.
I asked them that I found some videos who made the same mistake and got their coins back with Binance.
Guess what!!!
Easycrypto did found all my crypto manually for me!!!
What a miracle!!!

Wish I have read the messages here before trade on easy crypto! Same scary experience happening on me. Bought Eth and USDT on 11 Jan but the orders are still not showing two days after. They asked questions why I bought, what it’s for and where is my previous order, requiring a screenshot proof before releasing my orders. So frustrating. I started searching “is EasyCrypto NZ safe� and it brought me here. I am so worried now if they will release my orders. Where shall I complain if my money lost? FMA? Is it a scam? Scary place.
