You placed an order for an EPC in relation to a property you was looking to claim energy grants for.
I visited your property and supplied your draft EPC to the Eco4 company to deal with.
As neither you or your partner lived at the address this delayed the process of you getting approved. This was over 12 months ago, from memory your intentions were to get free government grants and then rent out your 2nd home of which that is not what the government grant scheme is for.
Your application was declined & you then wanted a refund for my service.
Unfortunately the grants company’s require an epc before they review your application.
We do not offer refunds for this reason.
Any new customers looking to claim energy grants you can check on the gov.uk website to see eligibility criteria before you purchase your EPC.
