Free trial was setup fast and seamless transition to paid. Hands down the easiest way to host 7 Days, even with a bunch of mods and CSMM to help manage. Rock solid with 8 players on a day 700 blood moon with server-side zombies mod!!

Gaming from the Netherlands, Europe. Because of that the ping isn't grade. But! The server runs even better because nobody is there at UTC+01:00 :-) Setup and use is extremely easy and fast. I was like: 'oh, it's already working'. Game world is expertly tweaked for optimal performance ànd look (GPU). Everything is clutter free, even the FTP mods upload, flawless.

I really like the ease of managing the server, being able to MOD it, reset it and recover from any mistakes. Guns, Nerds and Steel sent me your way and I do not regret it at all. The only thing I could say that needs work is I sent an email with a question and never received a response.

I’ve set up a number of community servers and this was by far the easiest experience ever. I had it up and running within 15 minutes at most, having never played 7 Days on or off a server before myself. The 24 hour trial is truly free and even if you decide right away to add a card number and continue, you still get the remainder of the 24 hours before you’re billed. The only thing I’d like to see added (and maybe I haven’t found it yet) is the ability to switch / view plans easily, as well as a plan between $15 and $30 (maybe a 7gb for $23/8gb for $25-ish, or a la carte?). Small dollars, I know, but when you just want 1-2 extra slots, it helps to have it there. Can’t wait to see what other games Frag brings to us so I can shift all of my servers over this way.

The free trial was a great way to validate server performance and the user interface before getting locked into a rental. It's a great incentive since you're not forced to pay upfront and then chase a refund if there are issues.
The free trial is easy to activate and doesn't even require a credit card, which is a huge indication of their faith in their product.

In our case, we were able to verify the server performance was great, the server management interface was easy to use and understand, and our one question was answered quickly so converting the free trial into a rental was a no brainer.

We're happy we went with Frag and having a blast with our 7 Days to Die server :)

In term of enhancements, it could be great if we can let access to the Frags interface to another user (not the game console) and define rights like start/stop/restart server for exemple.

The process from start to finish was easy and quick to get set up. I have never rented a server before, but Frag made this as simple as possible. I have learned how to adjust settings using their tutorials and thus far have been very satisfied.

I mistook FRAG for another company and rated badly and I'm so sorry. My experience with FRAG was amazing and my server ran perfectly! So much value for the service.

Even after I left a scathing review for the wrong compactly, I was met with care and top notch customer service. 10/10 would recommend and will use again for future 7d2d server needs!!

Super easy setup and great user interface. Not sure server's location though. I'd be cool to select nearest location. Not sure if it does it automatically. Overall amazing.

The servers are great and the website is pretty easy to navigate and set up for gaming. It took a little of navigating for a first time user, but with the aid I got in the Official Discord server for FRAG, I was able to understand pretty easily.

Fair price and very easy to work with staff via discord. Though they focus on one game, I’d gladly recommend them for those who want a 7DTD server. Hopefully they add more. It’s fast, easy to work with, and I don’t feel they throttle or deprioritize my server. I get what I paid for and it works. Awesome job.
