Had to chase re delayed delivery. Ultimately discovered order had not been placed with supplier. Had to followup to expedite customs release then incorrectly received invoice for this. Too many slipups to have confidence going forward. Slow delivery times introduces counter-party risk in uncertain times

There was some difficulties to receive a parcel with my coins bought in New Zealand. I sent it to another country and we failed to let them understand that it was my own property. David bent over backwards to assist with the whole process to get customs to release it on the other side, as well as the courier company that handled the parcel to release it to me personally. I am very impressed with how he continued to protect my assets in a professional way.

Thanks for your feedback and we are very sorry things didn't go as well for you as they usually would. Although it is not correct that the order wasn't placed. Rather our suppliers accounting department had not reconciled the payment and they did not advise us of this until we asked them why it hadn't shipped yet. The order was locked in on the original order date and the bullion reserved. But unfortunately despite our requests they did not expedite the release of the shipment to make up for this. Then upon arrival Fedex was slow to make the clearance after the necessary documents had been sent to them. It was also an error by Fedex that they sent you the Customs certificate. However we had already been charged by Fedex and the invoice had already been sent to us. Please rest assured that your order was never at any risk during this time. But yes our sincere apologies as we recognise that unfortunately the transaction didn't go as smoothly or quickly as it normally would.
I appreciated David at Gold survival for his guidance to help make the right purchases for my needs! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I appreciated Gold Survival Guides patience with payment, as the banks flatly refused to extend my daily limits grrr!

Gold survival guide were very helpful and honest to deal with. Their website certainly does guide you and is excellent. They were quick to answer my enquiries and return my calls. I choose to pick up my order, and one thing was not quite what I had requested when I checked through it. I had made sure it was clear in my emails and specified on the invoice what I had requested and this really helped to quickly resolve the matter. The people that I picked it up from were very helpful, and a phone call sorted it out. Also, I received a followup call from Gold Survival to make sure everything was okay. I found this company very reliable.
