Last year I purchased an rtx 3070 from these guys and it came in pristine condition with really good packaging and the original box and contents, and just the other week i did a part exchange with them for a (clearly labeled as so) bugged out rx 6800xt! It came wonderfully packaged and as a result did not get any damage during shipping. The process of exchanging parts and shipping them over went really smoothly and I had customer support for any and all of my enquiries regarding the process, which made everything so much clearer!

i contacted the company about a graphics card i wanted to buy and asked questions about if there would be any price cuts say for blackfriday sales.
i didnt get any reply about the possibility of prices dropping!

i come back a day later after buying a gpu and the gpu i bought dropped by £30-40
this is a copy of my message to the owner!

hi max im wondering if you would possibly let me haggle your price slightly for both of these cards mentioned.
if this is your standard rate etc or if there is going to be slightly better deals for say blackfriday etc. on your graphics cards.

if that is max's decision or if he has a employee that does the marketing values for the website!

next day price after buying the 3080 ftw3 it went down to 399. from 429.99!.

in my thought i should just send it back for return and then buy it back at the cheaper price!
it also seems very odd that asking about blackfriday sales for the company to then do blackfriday sales a day later!>>
no mention of sales coming up within the webpage!

for this issue i give a 2 poor information disemination to potential buyers!!

after having a conversation max at gpused has issued a partial refund of the difference from prices dropping. down to the website not updating the price in time. all in all well pleased max had gotten back to me about the price drop!

great seller and always offers help if there is any issues later on!.

Purchased an AMD 6800XT. Had a little coil whine but that’s purely luck of the draw and moreso an AMD fault. Came as described, in A condition with minor cosmetic defects however works as it should. The main notable point was the customer service, which was more than definitely one of the better ones I’ve experienced, even replying in less than 15 minutes way outside of working hours. Great price, definitely reccommend.

Amazing second hand online shop
Have purchased now 4 times and every time items have come at immaculate condition, use to purchase from CEX but CEX have became quite unreliable so I’ve decided to switch to purchasing all the pc parts from here, a huge plus is also the price, a quite huge difference in price (cheaper)

Bought an RX 5600 XT for my daughter's PC, for an excellent price. Card turned up promptly but had taken a battering. Took this up with Max, and mutually agreed that I would straighten it out without my return rights being affected.

What I would say, is if the card doesn't have the original foam insert, make sure there's enough packing in the box so it doesn't move around too much. Was a heavy card, hence the damage.

As it turns out, great card, (named Chungus because it's a foot long and barely fits in the case!), and daughter is no longer playing in potato mode.

Will definitely use again.

Bought a Used 5600x CPU from you. I was worried at first as I had never bought used components before but budget didn't allow for new parts.
Ordered on the tuesday and turned up on the saturday with no issues.

Good a great deal on a brand new 4080 Super, emailed customer service with a question who responded really quick with a detailed answer and very was a nice chap even replied outside of business hours.

Gpu came next day brand new.

Can’t recommend enough checking GPUsed before anything theres a really good deal on a brand new 4090 currently!

After a full month, I change my mind. As a person, he’s genuinely nice. I would hate to ruin this guys overall business over a petty review.

For someone who's still getting the hang of this, you really stand out when it comes to customer feedback. Even though I initially left a negative review about the exchange rates, I'm bumping it up from a 1 to a 3l I don’t want to hurt your business. That said, I think you should seriously consider offering more than 10% than CEX; Sellers are taking a big risk with shipping—things can get damaged or lost, plus they have to cover delivery costs. I’m not a business expert, but it seems like you’ve got a good thing going.

But at the cost of others misfortune.
