I ordered 2 x iPhone 15
Made a mistake , should have ordered 2 x 14
I tried to cancel the order straightaway but it doesn’t allow it
I called straightaway and informed them of cancelling
I emailed straightaway and expressed clearly my intentions to cancel!
But nevertheless the phones still arrived!
They don’t listen!
It seems unlawful to me that a service provider goes ahead and sends you a product you flat out state you don’t want and cancel!!
When the phones arrived, they were damaged! Their communication is very bad , promising to get back to you within the hour ( a day later still no word) and email exchanges were extremely stressful! Meanwhile, I’m still without phones and to add insult , the refund at best will take 21 days to process.
If you need extreme stress in your life …go ahead and buy from this service. Very annoyed is an understatement!

Also, this is an international model so it will be cut off in the near future due to 3G network shutdown and service changes. Product below expectations and customer service is slow

Misleading advertising regarding device condition
I’m extremely disappointed with GreenGadgets. I ordered a device listed as “Excellent” condition, but what I received was nowhere near that standard. According to their own “Device Condition” page, this device barely qualifies as “Good.” It has numerous scratches, including visible silver rings around each camera lens due to scratches, and the back glass is covered in hairline scratches. This is not “Excellent” by any measure.
This misleading advertising is unacceptable, and I’ll be contacting the ACCC to ensure GreenGadgets starts doing right by their customers. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone expecting honesty and quality.

Never again will i use this servive, offers you a quote before you send phone off to then offer you half the price when they receive phone ( phone was in excellent condition ) promised an additional bonus if phone was posted within certain time frame never got that either! Terrible!!!!

Just buy a new one, or avoid green gadgets
I thought I would save a little money before my girlfriend and my trip to South America and buy a refurbished iPhone 13 rather then a brand new one. Really wish I had just shelled out and got one from apple because the money saved is not worth the headache. Battery is clearly not a genuine part despite what they say on the website. iPhone cannot recognise battery, first two weeks with the phone it would just shut off a few times a day on its own. Now I’m in Peru and it has stopped working all together. There return policy might be ok if your at home and can send it back easily but not really gonna work from South America. Now I have a useless brick for 5 months till I get home to mail it back for a refund so I have to go but a brand new one anyways.
Do yourself a favor avoid this company

Horrible quality
I’ve had an iPhone 12 from green gadgets for 8 months, the phone glitches out, charges slowly. I ordered the excellent condition, it came with multiple scratches around the camera and sides, which was supposed to be the condition of a good conditioned phone. At least once a day my phone glitches out and freezes on whatever screen I was on, the power off buttons won’t work when it does this. Meaning I can’t use my phone for a few hours. When I open my phone to check the time or just go on it, the whole screen flashes black for 10 seconds before I can actually get onto my phone. Just a really glitchy phone.

DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR 12-MONTH WARRANTY. Absolutely terrible customer service. My iPhone 12 died suddenly and wouldn't charge or turn on. After over 6 phone calls, 10 emails, and sending the device back and forth, Green Gadgets still hasn’t resolved the issue. We were open to a replacement or a refund, but they kept giving us the runaround, clearly hoping we’d give up.
We followed their instructions to disconnect the phone from iCloud, but Apple verifies these requests, which can take a few days. Green Gadgets sent the phone back, claiming it was still connected to iCloud—a delay they should be aware of. SCAM!!! They also refuse to replace the phone unless the pin code is removed—impossible when the phone won’t turn on! ANOTHER SCAM!!!
It’s been nearly 5 weeks since our first interaction, and still no resolution. Standing by your warranty shouldn’t be this hard, Green Gadgets!

Absolute Joke of a company
Absolute Joke of a company - am now on my 3rd replaced iPhone
-1st handset had faulty lightning connector port and wouldn't charge due to a missing pin in the socket.
-2nd handset was a grey import (US Model) and doesn't support 4G B28, thus became a brick once 3G shut down.
-3rd handset is yet to be dispatched as they demand a Paypal dispute be closed, which was done a week ago, but their records indicate otherwise.
Company states all devices are subject to a 72 point diagnostic test which clearly doesn't test for charging or 4G band compatibility, whilst every email and phone conversation i've had consists of them stating they'll do what they can to keep the customer happy. Nowhere in the item listing was the 1st handset stated it had a faulty charging port, nor any mention of the 2nd handset being incompatible with 4G bands, placing the onus on the seller to abide by ACCC guidelines
This vendor is an expert at testings one's patience. Only purchase from Green Gadgets if you're looking to be ignored and are happy to wait way longer than necessary for a solution.

Seeling Overseas Phones that wont work here soon
Puchased multiple iPhone 11 only to find out now that they are overseas model and they wont work here in Australia after 3G will be turned off. Contacted them but they brushed me off stating that it is not their fault.

Fast shipping from Australia to Auckland faster than domestic shipping. These guys know what they're doing, my device came in excellent condition and boxed with charger plug and cable I'm happy with the product and service I'm definitely going to use them again.

Terrible service
Terrible service, I even resent writing this review, as I am sick of this company and don't want to spend a single second dealing with them. However, I think users need to know who they are dealing with.
It started by purchasing a phone from them on Trademe a month ago. They got back to me saying that they don't have it in stock. Needless to say that I was set back by a few days because of this before the money landed back on my account.
Ok, I asked if they could let me know when the next shipment arrives which they confirmed.
A month later I see new stock on Trademe - which they didn't inform me of.
I purchased the phone and they sent it. It all looked fine until I opened it and realised they sent me a 128gb phone rather than 512gb which I had purchased.
They asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement, but they said it's out of stock. You have to laugh.
I accepted a refund, but they only refunded the device without the initial shipment cost.
What a joke - now I need to pay for THEIR mistakes? I expect from a reputable company to at least pay me my shipment money back, if not compensate me for the time spent on endless email chain trying to communicate all this with endless chain of different representatives who clearly don't read the thread so you end up getting sick and tired of over-explaining yourself.
Absolutely terrible service.
