customer service non existant...!
bought a dishwasher from Hisense. Very wobbly and the only way to secure is by drilling into neighbouring cabinets and even then the screw went through so didn't secure. Also only one cabinet to attach to as d/w was at end of a run. Having to box it in at back to stop it from moving when closing door. Customer service is crap... Tried to ring twice and answermachine said to call back. Left message on contact screen 5 days ago and noone called me....

Hisense tv
I was dubious about buying a tv from this company as I had never heard of them the tv has proved it's worth however the remote is crap. Doesn't respond well with constant use.. have to reset the tv too regularly. Not sure of the 4k facility as the picture looks just the same whether watching 4k or ordinary 780p
