Ordered Asus NUC 14 Pro. Called beforehand to check stock and also had a few queries. Connected through very quickly to Sales, and had my queries answered satisfactorily. Website was easy to use and config my required specs, prices clearly laid out. Went for express service and ordered was received on time. Very prompt response when a Win11 update caused a restart problem with my NUC13. No fault of the hardware, but a problem with update. Very good and clear instructions from the support technician allowed the NUC to come back to life.

Buy boxes from them, not builds
I had a query about my order and the phone was promptly answered by a helpful company rep. That’s great. What was less great is that even though I ordered a NUC and a LAN card separately, the company took it upon itself to put the LAN into the NUC, and in the process left an almighty mess in the box (fabric pills on the heat pads that are impossible to remove)

Sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied by our overall service standard.
The reason we install the Lan Module is due to the fact they are very tricky to install and we have had incidents where some customers have damaged the delicate ribbon cable or the connector on the Nuc itself. Not sure how the fabric pills as you describe have come from, we have built 10000’s of these Nuc’s and have not had an issue before. However, we will be more than happy to replace the unit for another one if you wish us to do so.
