I uploaded over 20 photos, but they claimed they were unsatisfied with the images because of issues with zooming in and out. Eventually, I decided to make videos of the damage and sent them to the email address listed on the invoice and their website. The portal is also linked to the same email address, but now they claim they cannot access my videos.
After numerous follow-up calls for 1 month, they asked me to send the headboard to their shop at my own expense and to wait at least 5-7 working days for an inspection. They have not clarified whether they will return the bed to me afterwards. As a customer who invested $1,800 in this product, I am shocked and stressed over this experience. I have attached some pictures for reference so others can see the issues and share their opinions on the situation.

Wow It was unexpected when I went to this Store last week and find out heaps of ranges of products at their store with competitive price. Got an amzing corner sofa just under $1500 something i was expecting to be over $2000.
Recommend to everyone who want to purchase their furniture for their new home�friendly and cooperative staff too😀
The furniture in this store is absolutely amazing! The quality is outstanding. The materials used are top - grade, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I bought a dining table and chairs, and they are not only beautiful but also very sturdy. It's clear that great care has been taken in making these pieces.

Damaged products and bad customer service
I received a damaged bed base and mattress on 7/1/24. Trying to get replacement products has been extremely slow, and they have not made my issue a priority like they said they would. Ultimately, I am going to return everything and demand a full refund as this is still an ongoing issue. This is hands-down the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. Do not buy from them.

If only I could show a video of my terrible household furniture
If I could upload a photo or a video of the lounge suite I have not even owned for a year and that has fallen apart already due to it being made by somebody who clearly did not have a clue I would!
The arm of my armchair came away from the base within only a couple of months and when I went to try and repair it the reason that had happened was because the screws that were meant to hold the arm firmly against the base we're not screwed into anything! They have just been pushed into a thin piece of wood and there is nothing to hold it together, so of course it was going to fall apart within a few times of someone sitting in it! The person who made it for Ifurniture or/and the company clearly would have known that also and if not, they are clearly in the wrong profession as they do not have a clue!!
As for our two seater that came with the armchair...... we have had to stop sitting on it as we can feel the hard wood in the seats and it makes your butt sore.
The cushioning was clearly not cushioning and it has just gone
flat and disappeared somehow.
I am so appalled that we paid good money for these items and got absolute shite. I did complain about the items immediately when we got them as I could tell there was something not quite right, but the process I had to go through with the robots on the other end of phone in a completely different place, had wanted photos of my issue, and then they wanted a video of it and also diagrams showing the fault. OMG, it was just ridiculous and I gave up trying as nothing would upload to them, but lnot knowing that it the chair would end up falling completely apart before a year was out!!
All I can do is "suck it up sunshine" and warn others not to make the same mistake we made.
We also purchased beds and a dining room table and coffee tables as well.
The dining room table was a nightmare to put together as the diagram was wrong and it also had the bolts wrong bolts but my brother managed to work out a way that it would stand although wobbles a bit, and my bedside table drawers no longer sit straight when I close them......UGHHHH just totally shocking workmanship!!
I am so appalled WITH IFurniture that it is not only ONE piece of furniture that is faulty, its literally EVERY ITEM!
We spent $2800 on items that are SO POORLY MADE that it's nothing more then junk now and I could have got better furniture from the inorganic rubbish collections, when people put their old used, yet still, usable furniture out 😢. EVEN THE DIAGRAMS DO NOT MATCH THE INSTRUCTIONS OR MAKE ANY SENSE. And yes, I hunted out the cheaper places to get our furniture from, due to our very limited budget and needing to start all over from scratch, as we had literally nothing to furnish our new home. So to end up spending the money and still have nothing due to I Furniture's VERY, VERY POORLY MADE FURNITURE, zero moral compass is very maddening. It is really terrible the way they are ripping off hardworking people, in a round about way and getting away with it, obviously time and again going by other customers experiences too as reviews clearly show.
But as long as people continue to buy Ifurniture will continue ripping consumers off and making a good profit off unsuspecting consumers tg
this way. So all I can do now is to try and advise and warn people to PLEASE, PLEASE do not risk waisting your money, time or mental health and find somewhere else to purchase good, long lasting, reasonably priced furniture and DO NOT shop at IFurniture!

Ballina queen bedframe CRACKED (but replaced)
Literally picked up my Ballina queen bed frame yesterday, ready to assemble today. 1st issue: missing a crucial bolt to attach sides to headboard & footboard (Bunnings to the rescue) then as I was putting the slats in place I noticed an almighty crack you can peer down from the top & see the floor below at the join on the footboard. Dece, online CSR is helpful although given no indication of when I will hear back for a replacement. I'm super frustrated & so very sore. I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor & was looking forward to using my Christmas present (new bed & furniture). Now I have to wait & see... please ifurniture come to the rescue ASAP. I just need the footboard repaired or swapped out.
UPDATE: after sending through multiple photos, videos, copy of the screen recording of conversation with CSR & NZ consumer guarantee act, I was able to get a replacement footboard the next day, so have amended my rating to 3 stars.

Absolutely atrocious company to deal…
Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. Their furniture is crap, arrives faulty or worst damaged. Shocking customer service all done through a chat bot or ticket process online which takes forever to get a response. When they do they send you in circles back and forwards with no outcome. I’m still waiting for my refund and for the broken items to be collected and returned to them. Buyer Beware!!! this company is appalling and their furniture is cheap and nasty. I will be taking my issue up with Consumer Affairs - items are not fit for purpose and the company does nothing to rectify and respond promptly.

No support that works
get message saying product delivered to distribution centre, call sales person to arrange a pick up time, or 2 days later it will be sent back to base. Sales relies on chat, ok if you have a computer with mic and speakers, otherwise keep ringing until.. stupid cost saving system that does not work. No customer care at all, after your money and look out if you have a problem. I cannot pick up because i cannot arrange a pick up time.....

If I could give zero stars, I would. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Oh, except for the actual buying and paying for the items.
- you get told when you’re picking it up, no choice.
- they don’t respond to email, or portal/ticket requests to change pick up times.
- I finally just drove there to pick up the items, the ladies in the office didn’t even know about the portal!
- once I got them home I realised that all three items were scratched with paint removed, covered in thick dirt and one of the stools had worn down feet.
- then the process to return them started, no response to emails or portal. I called the phone number, they were actually helpful.
- I returned items to warehouse and was told I had to email a code in. The office couldn’t process this. I emailed the very next day with code. No refund came through. It’s like no one actually monitors the customer service email that they ask you to use.
- I emailed again 2 weeks later, nothing.
- I’ve just called now and managed to get lady over phone to request a refund from finance department.
Let’s see if it actually comes through. My advice don’t buy from this business! They could do a lot better.

Having just had a reply from someone at ifurniture I want to say to whoever it was, this. The squeaking noises came from the leg,armrest and the back of the sofa on the right side from parts not screwed in.! Not the click clack! I have clear videos which were 'never good enough'! I have every email, every video, every conversation or attempted conversation on the portal & it's been the worst purchase ever.! I note that no offer was made to take it back!!! Great customer service eh. Oh & one more thing. The sofa bed was NOT purchased to be used regularly, only on odd occasions! So don't be patronizing! Embarrassed to put a name to your review?
