Hey All scammed people

Hey All scammed people! I m one of you that was scammed by them for 1800EUR 3 month ago and spent a lot of the time and energy talking to them. Did someone succeed to recover the money? if so can you share good examples how to do so. It is now a matter of principle to fight these scammers!

Worst company I have dealt with in my life

0 stars if I could. 1 month waiting and tv nowhere to be found. No replies for cancellation and reimbursement. Constant delays, stopped responding to my emails.

I am calling my bank tomorrow to chargeback them and get my money back. Shameful scammers.

Scammed and lost my money

Yet another complaint about how ilRinnovato scammed me.
ilRinnovato was very responsive before I placed an order, they responded within minutes, but when I finally placed the order, things changed!

On November 3, I placed an order and paid for a TV (900 EUR)

After a long period of silence from the company I became skeptical and decided to read up on this company.
That's when I discovered all the negative reviews of this company and on November 9th I decided to cancel this order.

They confirmed the cancellation via email and told me I will get my refund within a week. This didn't happen!

They blocked my number on Whatsapp, they stopped responding to my emails.

After emailing them non-stop for 3 weeks, they responded and said the order had been shipped to another of their stores and that I would have to pick it up and return it for a refund.

I made it clear that I had canceled the order long ago before it shipped and had received confirmation that they were working on my refund.
I asked them to give me proof of shipping, they didn't.
I asked for the tracking number, they didn't give it to me.
I asked why it was shipped to their store and not the address I provided.
I also asked what action I can take since I don't have any information where the order was shipped, if the shipping event exists.
At this point they had already stopped responding to my emails

This is a developing story and we will continue to make it public as much as possible.

To date, after almost a month, I have not received the refund.

I kept each communication as evidence in case I needed to file a legal complaint against them.

No Delivery, No Communication, No Refund

I ordered my TV on 16.11.2022 with delivery on 4.12.2022. On 6.12.2022 I get an email saying that my TV will arrive with a delay due to its large size between 14-16 December 2022. After several emails requesting an order status and not receiving an answer I decided to request a refund on 18.12.2022, Now it is 03.01.2023 and I still have received no reply to either of the emails. I will send a final email requesting a refund and then I am proceeding to contact the Romanian Embassy in Italy and I will file a lawsuit at the European Commission. See you in court, also in the Italian news, might as well end your scam.

Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine non ho ricevuto alcuna conferma, loggando nel loro website il mio ordine era presente (id 22337336). Dopo un paio di giorni ho realizzato che qualcosa non quadrava e richiesto la cancellazione dell'ordine. Mi hanno risposto immediatamente dicendo che l'ordine sarebbe stato cancellato ed avrei ricevuto un rimborso entro 14gg.

Nei giorni successivi ho sollecitate la cancellazione dato che vedevo ancora il mio ordine attivo nel mio account ed ogni volta mi hanno risposto che la cancellazione sarebbe avvenuta a breve.

Sono ora passati 15gg dalla mia richiesta e non ho ricevuto il rimborso o la tv che ho ordinato.

Ho inviato un ultima email e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
La mia comunicazione era con un certo Bresciani Giulio - Responsabile Vendite Uff. Peschiera B.(Mi)

After ordering i did not receive any confirmation but logging into the website i could see my order (id 22337336) after a couple of days I realized this is probably a scam and I requested cancellation, they replied immediately saying the order will be cancelled and I would receive a refund in 14days. In the following days i sollecited the cancellation as i could still see the order in my account and they replied but nothing really changed. I'm now 15 days after my request and still did not receive any refund. I sent an email and received no response.

Of course i also did not receive the item.
The whole time i talked with this Bresciani Giulio

he's probably well aware of the scam his company is perpetrating.

Countless excuses, never recieved it.. sent 2 letters from legal , they do not reply.

Horrible company and as an italian i am ashamed .. should have read this page earlier but i didnt think that in this time and age there are such companies still operating!

I have all the proof and the email conversations where they gave me the runaround... If there are more victims i urge to get together and do a class action .

Stay away its a tiresome lenghty runaround scam.

LG Oled 55C9

After making an order of an LG Oled 55C9, 3 attempts for my forwarder to get the TV, after finally managed to get it, as we opened the box, we found that the tv was used, evidently with the stand foam supporters being torn and dirty, no instructions menu, serial number at the back and on the box torn....then we found out that the model was C8 and not C9!!! Remote all scratched at the back. And to top it all off, it has a broken corner! I wonder if it even works!!! Been trying to call and the lady always says to email Andrea, called on whatsapp and cannot contact Andrea whatsoever. Total disgrace!!

The worst online shop experience

The worst online shop experience, ever!!! Stay away!!!
I have bought and pay for tv LG oled65c8 on 13 rd of May 2019. In order form shipping dated was 22nd of May. Til today, 20.6. they didn't even ship the order. They are giving me false tracking number and calling me stupid for not reading their terms, although it is written that they ship in 4 working days. They are refusing to return money. Fraud. Not reccomended at all.
