I had been having some difficulty booking shore excursions for my upcoming cruise, so contacted Joshua at Customer Support. I was very happy with his working through my issue (not a fault of Imagine Holidays) and then putting me in contact with Tara at Azamara Customer Support who was able to help me. He was helpful, pleasant to deal with and even followed up with an email to let me know I could contact him if I had any further concerns. Great job!

Upon returning from a cruise with P&O we were waiting for a refund of money deposited as onboard credit that was not spent. We were told we would need to wait 48 hours then the money would be repaid into our account. We waited 4 weeks initially with no result, then Dana from IH NZ customer support stepped in to help us. She has been a great advocate and tenaciously worked on our behalf over a further 5-week period to secure our refund.

Numerous phone calls unanswered by an agent
Took numerous phone calls, some as long as 20 minutes before getting through. Found that the Azamara cruise had in the meantime increased in price by nearly $3000.
You really need a call back service.
We were very close to giving up.
