Very clear website and intuitive on-line proposal process. The medical conditions section was mercifully succinct. The quote was lower than I dared to expect. When I phoned to ask about adding cover for business travel, Jenna picked up immediately and led me courteously through the rest of the process and on to payment. All very slick, and impressively professional.

Was fairly straightforward to navigate but optional add-ons were a bit confusing.
Overall I got what I wanted but the exclusion terms & conditions very extensive.
To avoid confusion I purchased the most comprehensive I can afford . If I don’t use any of it then that good . But too late if you injured & have not got what you need .
Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable..... and answered all my questions in full. He even tried to give me a better price than originally quoted online. Paperwork all sent through email immediately. Very satisfied with the service received
