I decided to move all my services into Ionos after using a number of competitors, I find the service always very quick to help, and very knowledgeable with a great level of English. I never waited to be connected to an advisor for more than a minute. The services they provide are great and very reasonably priced. I use Hosting, Domains, Email, and Marketing all work really well.
Michael understood the issue I had and clarified for me why I was being billed the amount I was. He worked out a means by which I could receive a better deal and pay less. The job has yet to be finished as he needs to migrate my emails to a new account but hopefully that will all go smoothly without me losing anything. He has fixed a date and time to contact me to do this.

The advisor I had was completely dedicated to fixing my problems but also willing to take the time to review my contracts and upgrade options and not only make personalised and professional choices but was also able to completely explain their reasoning for the change and in the end, has cut our bill in half while increasing our output. Big thank you to Sherif, and If I could have them as our personal advisor i know we would be in safe hands.
